Magic I tell you!

I put local strawberries in my #complimentary Rubbermaid FreshWorks medium container TWO WEEKS AGO and they have the TINIEST soft spots, THATS IT! I can't believe they've stayed so fresh for that long. I will be purchasing more for other berries!

These containers are magic, there is no other explanation!

Fantastic way to save money!

I received the Rubbermaid Freshworks Produce Saver and was a bit skeptical at first. But I #gotitfree and wanted to ensure that I was as open minded as I could be.

We are a fruit loving family and with a very active 11 month old daughter, her appetite has become quite curious. Upon reviewing my medium sized container, I decided to store my strawberries in it. I noticed immediately that the container fit more than 1 pint of strawberries, which was amazing. After 5 days of being in the fridge, we finally reached the last bit of berries and I was really impressed with the quality and taste. The container really helped them last longer. They were juicy and not bruised or mouldy.

I immediately recommend this container to my mom and would recommend this to anyone eating fruit because it will really help make your food last! Overall a great product! I was glad I got to try it and Rubbermaid has always done things well, this container is definitely on top of my list!

It works!

I wasn't sure how this would be any different compared to other containers, but I tried it with washed grapes and now I am a believer! Usually if you store washed fruit in a container in the fridge, the next day it becomes soggy and gross. The insert in Rubbermaid Freshworks Produce Saver lets all the water drip to the container and kept the washed grapes fresh! Two days later we still don't see any wrinkly grapes! So much more convenient than washing them every time you want some! I'm definitely going to pickup some of the other sizes.

loved this product

i loved this product, I take salad and vegetables every day for lunch at work, sometimes in the 12 hrs its 8 hrs in when I get to eat, my salad stays fresh and my fruit stays firm and doesn't get soggy, would definetly recommend this product, in fact already bought my mom some. lol

Great product!!

I picked this up from Superstore, but also saw the container at Canadian Tire. Great to see it's easy to find since I really liked the container. Keeps my snacks (I tried this with grapes and baby carrots) looking and tasting fresh longer compared to my regular container. I think it gave my food an extra 3 days of freshness. Will be buying the larger size!

Great container

Great container to have a round. Easy to find at Canadian Tire. I stored fruits and veggies in it, they lasted longer and tasted fresher, compared to storing them in the bag they came with. On average it about 3-4 days that they lasted longer in the rubbermaid container.

I would also test it out with this container and other regular ziploc containers and report back the difference.

I received Rubbermaid FreshWorks Produce Saver from Chickadvisor to try and review.

I found it at Canadian Tire..easier than I thought it might be. Its a bit more expensive than some others but well worth the extra.
We go though alot of fresh cut veggies and fruit and this kept my food as fresh and crisp as the day I bought it.

I liked the size..bigger than i thought. I am going to get another and more in a different size.

This was a great product for travelling to my cabin.

I received my #RubberMaidFreshWorks #GotItFree from #ChickAdvisor and was really excited and pleased with the medium container for my produce. I used my Rubbermaid container during the long week-end and used it for my green grapes and was amazed how fresh the grapes were through-out the weekend just like I bought them. I then used it for our day trip to a National park for my lettus and onions and can't truly say everything remained fresh and crisp. Thanks RubberMaid for another great product but I have to say the price is a little to high for these containers otherwise it really dose keep your produce a lot fresher !!!!

Rubbermaid FreshWorks Produce Saver

I received the Rubbermaid FreshWorks Produce Saver for free from Chickadvisor to try and review. It was very easy to find this product in store - it was at my local Superstore. I found that my cut produce (leafy greens, carrots) lasted longer in the FreshWorks Produce Saver than in plastic storage bags or other plastic storage ware. The price is a little high but I honestly think they're worth the price and they will last longer than plastic storage bags

I was worried I wasn't going to be able to find this product but I was pleasantly surprised to find it at the 1st place I checked (Superstore). I was a little surprised by the price. But honestly I feel like the price is worth it.
Rubbermaid FreshWorks Produce Saver kept my salad crunchy for 2 days. I had tomatoes and cucumbers that didn't go mushy or watery after 2 days. Which was so awesome for weekly food prep.
I also put pineapples and strawberries in the container and they still tasted/felt fresh after 5 days of being prepared. Not sure if they would've lasted longer as we ate them before then.
The little green "grate" that is placed at the bottom really helps keep the moisture off of the produce and the little airholes on the lid. It also washed up really great in the dishwasher.
I LOVE this product so much that I will be purchasing the smaller and larger container when they go on sale.
