Salley Hansen Nail Polish Remover works really well to remove stubborn nail polish like darker colours, metallic and glitter. One of the best nail polish removers I have used. It is reasonably priced and available at most drug stores.

Great price and the product works great!! Now they need to release an extra strong remover to help get impossible glitter nail polish off!!!

This stuff works great. It gets all the polish off my nails with little to no effort on my part. It does have a strong chemical smell but I haven't come across a nail polish remover that doesn't.
I don't feel like it damages my nails as much as other removers do.
I would recommend this to others.

This review is specifically in regards to their "maximum strength moisturizing" remover- (bluish -green bottle) however they do have different kinds.
I find this nail polish remover great! I don't need to use a ton of it and dose my fingers in all the chemicals like I need to with some other polishes. I also find this gentler on your nails over all, in the past I've noticed my nails would peel because the chemicals were too harsh- this doesn't do that! This contains aloe and vitamin E, which it says helps with dry or brittle nails, while I can't attest to whether those ingredients make the difference in how my nails react, I can say this is more gentle on my nails, and does not erode or break them after use
