always find myself very confused when trying to use a samsung phone, my friend has one and i never can figure out how to work, definitely is a good quality phone, but not a phone for me

This phone was terrible the moment I got it. Super slow and always froze up on me. I went back to the kiosk I got it from and they told me it was slow because of all the apps I had running, which was like three. So he told me I could go into apps manager and click on running apps and stop them while not in use. So I did that and it was still being slow so I go back into apps manager and they're running again when I didn't even launch them!

I went from an iphone to the Samsung Galaxy S4 and I completely hate it. For one, the battery life is absolutely horrible. Even on power saving mode and with Wi-Fi and everything turned off, the phone doesn't last me the day. If I'm actually using it, forget about it, not even half the day.

It took some getting used to, but the menu screen is pretty easy to manage and rearrange icons. Games run smoothly on it as well. I find it a little too big though to comfortably fit into my jean pockets, especially if there's a case on it.

After this phone I will definitely be going back to iphone.
