Not my kind of taste

I got to try the Citrus Symphony. Unfortunately the star anise put a damper on the lovely citrus. I would probably better enjoy one of the other flavors. I did like how it was gently sweet & low calorie

Not my taste

mongst the symphony of leaves, this Citrus Symphony was unfortunately a miss for me. "Soda" would not be a word I'd use to describe this "Say It Ain't Soda" sparkling beverage. It is more effervescent, with notes of something that was not my taste. I don't know what the ingredient "calamansi" is, but maybe that's what I didn't like. Having said that, my husband did really enjoy it, we all have different taste buds!
I do like that it is made in Delta BC.

healthy swap for soda

I tried Say it Ain’t Soda Citrusy Symphony and while it’s not really my cup of tea, I can still appreciate what it’s going for. The citrus flavor has a nice tang to it, and I found that it tastes much better when you add a splash of juice. It gives it a little more depth and makes it feel more refreshing. I can definitely see why people would use it as a mixer since it has that light, bubbly feel that works well in drinks. On its own, it’s okay and not something I’d reach for regularly, but I think it’s a great option for anyone on a health journey or trying to cut back on soda since it’s not sweet at all. It really reminds me of flavored sparkling water with a subtle citrus twist.

Not for me

Honestly, the fizziness was fine but overall the taste just was not for me. Maybe it was just the flavour, but Citrus Symphony and the flavours within are not my cup of tea!
