It easily removed my makeup without having to use a separate makeup remover, which I appreciate and it also has a really nice scent!

Super effective and gentle

Got a full face of makeup off, with no need to rub extra at my eyes to get my mascara off. A little went a long way, only a couple of drops was able get a full all my make up ( light coverage). Not the biggest fan of the scent but it didn't linger when I washed off the oil.

A luxurious cleansing oil!

Received for free to try from Butterly. A very luxurious, lush cleansing oil. Removes all eye and facial makeup easily. Emulsifies well with water and rinses easily and quickly . Will repurchase.

Very nice product

I used a sample I received and was very happy with how it cleaned my face, but even happier about how soft it left my face afterwards. Glad to have had the opportunity to try this

Great cleansing oil

Cleansing oil is great for removing makeup - it is especially gentle on the skin and good for removing eye makeup. However, the fragrance may be irritating to some skin types and it needs to be removed with a second cleanser (water based) to prevent breakouts for acne prone skin.

Too expensive

Its so overhyped I didn't liked it i got it free but i didn't liked it the reason why because its so expensive,packaging is not great and ingredients list is not that good. It was a meh for me

Jury is out on Long Term Usage

I received a sample of this product free from Butterly. The sample was small so I cannot speak to long term usage/effects as it was only enough for two uses. This review is based on what I could tell from that limited time. This is a cleansing oil which is meant to remove make up. I think this oil is good for people with dry skin or during drier times of the year, such as winter. It has squalane, which is a well known ingredient to help moitsurize the skin. It also has tsubaki flower, which I recognize from other Japenese skincare products. What makes it unique is the addition of ginseng. The texture is what you would expect, as it is an oil. It does what it says in terms of removing makeup. However, it is hard to say if it will clog pores or cause any other skin issues in the long run. I think if you veer oily or are prone to breakouts, this may not be the product for you.

Amazing cleansing oil

It’s my first time trying this cleansing oil and it’s pretty good and I love how it clean my skin and gives that glow after using it. Definitely recommend this product to my family and friends.

Fresh feeling skin

My skin leans on the oily side, especially during the summer, so I was nervous to try and oil-based cleanser. However, the formula is lightweight so it didn’t leave my skin feeling greasy. I really liked the soft, powder-like scent of the cleanser, too. Over all, I felt very fresh-faced after using this!

I’m in Loveeee!

I had never tried this product before, but I am so glad I did. A little goes a longggg way so definitely use it sparingly. I do use it with a face brush and I find it foams up really nice with my device, I have never tried it with just my fingers so I am not sure if it foams well that way. I literally just need like 6-10 drops and that does my whole face. Even though I have oily skin, this oil based cleanser makes me feel so clean and hydrated. I really love this product and use it about every other day as I like to switch up my cleanser.
