Great hydration

Really excited I got to try this cleansing oil - I’ve only heard really great things about this brand. It removes makeup very effortlessly and because it’s an oil, it left my skin feeling soft and slightly hydrated, not dried out.

I loved this product. It worked really well for my night time routine to remove my full face of makeup. The smell was really natural and organic. It also felt light on my skin and absorbed well.

She Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil works great! My skin was not feeling oily but clean and hydrated. My skin also was very soft after just 1 use!

I received this Shu Uemura oil cleanser to try from Butterly Chickadvisor. It’s a good quality cleansing oil that removes makeup easily. My skin feels nourished and healthy using this oil cleanser.

Great cleansing oil but too pricey

I've been testing the Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil for a week now and I think I've been converted to cleansing oils! In the past, I've just used gel and/or cream cleansers but this oil cleanser was MADE for my dry and sensitive skin! I have very dry skin (even in the summer I get the odd dry patches) and no matter how much oil I slather onto my face, my skin drinks it up! I put 4 drops into my palm and rubbed my hands together to create a bit of a lather before working it into my face. It melted everything away and my skin was seriously glowing afterward! A lot of people complain about the strong scent but I barely smelled anything at all, and whatever I did smell was very natural and subtle. Many people also argue that this isn't worth it for the price point, and I'd have to agree on that one. $54 for 150mL is just a little to high for my to warrant purchasing this again.

Thank you @chickadvisor and @thisisbutterly for sending me this @shuuemura cleansing oil to test and review. I used this to remove my makeup tonight and it was so easy and clean. My face was so shiny and smooth!

Give it a shot!

I’m very picky about my cleansers, but decided to give this one a shot because I prefer oil cleansers. I did not have a single breakout the whole time I was using it, and my face never felt dry or stiff after drying. Will definitely re-purchase. I really enjoyed dehydration that it gave.

I love love love cleansing oils and serums so when I received this @shuuemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil I was so excited to give it a try! Since a lot of the makeup used on the skin is oil based I do find cleansing oils are really very effective in breaking down makeup leaving my skin feeling nourished and clean without drying out or stripping the skin of moisture. This one lives up to my expectations, it removed my makeup very well and my skin just feels so silky soft afterwards. The aroma of the cleansing oil is also so lovely! This product is created with 8 naturally m-sourced oils including Japanese camellia oil, squalene and ginseng! Just lovely! Thank you @thisisbutterly for giving me the opportunity to test this product!

Liquid Gold

I have tried many cleansing oils including a couple of other Japanese brands. This premium oil is my favourite. It cleanses so effectively without the need to tug my skin. I put a lot of sunscreen then powder foundation on my face. This cleansing oil does an amazing job of taking everything off. My face feels so clean yet perfectly moisturized at the same time. Also, this product does not break me out.

Not worth it

got this for FREE! It's a high-end facial cleanser And... If I'm honest, they can keep it. I didn't like how it made my face greasy, it didn't lather, and frankly I didn't care much for the fragrance either. I had to look online for directions. I can't see any of the writing on the bottle. This is one product I will not be buying.
