Disappointing

I was pretty excited to give this product a try given that I love trying out new beauty products. I couldn't have been more disappointed.

All the instructions are in chinese and in chinese only. That means no instructions on what to do with it and no list of ingredients which would be essential for people suffering from any kind of allergies. I definitely won't be buying it. Shu Uemura most definitely needs to fix this and work on their marketing strategy.

I obviously wasn't able to try it so i won't be able to properly review the product. Disappointing !

No Thanks

I literally had to Google the product because it didn't come with instructions on how to use it. I've never used a cleansing oil before and this product definitely did not make me want to try another brand. I still had makeup on my face even though I followed directions 100%. I don't even wear heavy makeup either. My skin felt like I used baby oil on my face. No thanks.

Shu umeura

I found this product very not as effective as I need. It left an residue on my face after I used the product. It was not a product I would use in the future.

No difference

I didn’t notice any difference with this product. My skin was more irritated then ever. Skin was left feeling dry and ichy. Product had a weird scent to it as well.

Wasn’t my favourite

I really didn’t enjoy this product. I found the packaging didn’t allow the product to come out of the bottle effectively and it was just too much work to get enough product on my cotton swab!

No good

Not what I expected it to be like. I still had make up on my face after using this product. I didn't enjoy it at all. Was very disappointed with this product.

Did not suit my sensitive skin/stinging eyes.

I'm a big fan of cleansing oils as I have dry skin. However, this one didn't work for me even though I avoided rubbing the eye area vigorously, my eyes were stinging all night.

Didn't like it

I guess I just don't like using oil on my face because I really didn't enjoy it at all. It felt greasy and I felt dirty afterwards. It's just not for me.

Difficult to rinse off

Cleansing oil sample packet wasn’t worth the extra water I had to use to rinse off. Sadly I’m kinda dissatisfied that we were sent these. (Review) Super small I can’t give a big review as I used it & I don’t have much for a longer sampling time. I’ll get two washes out of this. Super oily, skin feels greasy still after 6 hours from using it. Ran out of packed super fast spilled half of it on my counter.

Heavy fragrance

I wouldn’t recommend this product. The smell is very overwhelming and unpleasant smelling. I prefer neutral or no scent at all and the scent just makes this product unbearable to use.
