Really nice lip balm and has a very fresh scent! Not a big fan of the cube shape! It bulges out of my wristlet! But none the less its a really nice lip balm

I received Softlips Cube in Fresh Mint for free as part of the Chickadvisor Product Review Club for free in exchange for my honest review.

I liked the Softlips Cubes, but definitely not as much as the Luxe tubes.

The packaging is fun, the little cube is different than most lip products. It was a bit bulky though for a smaller purse or clutch. I also wasn't a huge fan of the big dome type applicator, I felt like i was getting balm around my lips as I applied it.

I liked the scent of the Fresh Mint cube, but I wasn't really a fan of the taste. It was a sweet minty taste, but tasted like a fake mint. I really didn't like the taste of it, I don't really know how to explain it, but it was different from other mint balms I've tried in the past. Like the Berry Bliss I felt I was licking my lips more because of the taste.

It did leave my lips feeling smooth and moisturized, but because of the shape of the balm (packaging and the product) as well as the taste I wouldn't buy the Softlips Cube in Fresh Mint again.

I received this lip balm as part of chickadvisor's product review club. I go through quite bit of lip balm because i live in a rather dry climate. This one was my favorite because I am generally not a fan of lip balms with sweet scents and are flavoured. This particular 5 in 1 lip balm touts that it is hydrating, replenishes as it contains Vitamins A, C, & E, smoothes, protects, and leaves your lips shining. It definitely does not disappoint and delivers on their 4 claims. When applying thus lip balm, it glides across your lips and feels buttery and smooth, and I didnt feel like i needed to reapply my lip balm for a few hours. I do also like that this lip balm come in a square container. The cube like container looks very chic and fancy. And the shape minimizes the likelihood of your lip balm rolling away, should it ever be dropped.

As part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club, I got the opportunity to test out the Softlips CUBE moisturizer in Fresh Mint.

This balm comes in a cube format (like EOS) but in a cube instead of a ball. I love the format. It's quick and easy to apply, cute, and fits easily into my purse or pocket without worries that a tube cap will come off. The cube shape means it doesn't roll around my makeup table, and the clear plastic is really adorable.

The five claimed benefits are: Hydration, Shine, Protection, Smoothness, and Replenishment. I felt as though the product managed all of these benefits to some extent, but that overall, it wouldn't replace my regular lip balms. Let's go through the claims one by one:

Hydration: Softlips CUBE has shea butter to help hydrate your lips, and I did find that upon immediate application, my lips felt more hydrated. I also really like the menthol/mint taste that perks me right up.

Shine: CUBEE does leave a shine on your lips, and is better than many lips balms. That said, it doesn't compare to the shininess of most lip glosses, so unless you're looking for a "natural shiny" look, this probably won't cut it in terms of delivering on shine.

Protection: The product is supposed to create a moisture barrier that protects against dryness. Check. While the barrier doesn't last for a full day, it does last sufficiently to prevent my lips from drying out for at least a few hours. What it doesn't protect against is sun exposure. I wish this had an SPF!

Smoothness: One of my favourite applications of the CUBE is before matte lipsticks that tend to dry out my lips. While I've been wearing more glosses and lip oils as the weather gets warmer, I can see using this again in the fall. It seems to work just as well as more expensive lip primers and moisturizers to help smooth out the lip.

Replenishment: I'm not entirely sure how to judge this separately from hydration, but I can say that my lips felt soft, full, and replenished when wearing Softlips CUBE.

Overall, I wish this product hit more of these claims out of the park, but I really like the format and the minty freshness. I will buy again instead of purchasing an EOS alternative.

I've tried a lot of lip balms before and plenty do the trick, but don't last long. This one exceeded my expectation and didn't wear off easily. It gave my lips a sheen and a sweet taste and it was easy to use and compact. Best of all, I loved the fresh mint feel.

I was pretty excited when I got my Softlips kit in the mail from the ChickAdvisor product review club. Just the cute packaging of the 'Cube' had me sold on the product. I really love the sweet smell and taste of the fresh mint flavour. It leaves my lips with a slight tingle that I love, and a pretty shine that is perfect for my on the go lifestyle.

When I received it from chickadviser I said ok a lip balm.. but when I applied it for the first time I was so impressed it hydrate my lips and believe me not even any other brand with price did ever did such a hydration in a few seconds.. and what you can remarks after few hours that your lips are replenished and no more damaged lips and your lips are smooth till the next day yes till the next day apply it once a day and it effect stays tull the next day where I applied my matte lip creams without any crunshes or dried lips.. and even you can use it alone and it ll give you a bit of shine that you ll say I have the most healthy lips and you ll keep it like that for the whole day.. at first there is a bit of tengeling feeling as it repairs the dry spots and then the most kissable lips ever l.. and the minty smell or taste are the best and refreshing. . Give it a try and you ll understand why I m so amazed with such a product wow

I received this flavor along with a few others from the recent Softlips LUXE & CUBE 5-in-1 Lip Care campaign and I am in love with these lip balms. The one thing that is common with is that initial menthol/tingling effect on the lips. I love the packaging of the little cube and it is great for travel. They moisturize well and stay on for quite a while! I will definitely repurchase them in the future.

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I have to say I absolutely love this lip moisturizer! The smell is so minty fresh and it leaves my lips feeling so soft and moisturized for hours! I used to stick with the EOS and Burts Bees lip balm, but now I think I'll be sticking with Softlips! I most definitely plan to purchase another when I run out. Long lasting and excellent quality! I even love the look of it, so cool!
Five stars for sure. I would recommend this to all my friends.

Do you like the smell of mint? Imagine having it on your lips..its awesome! I love this product and encourage you to use it as well as its so refreshing and nice.
