I was sent a few different Softlips products to review thanks to Chick Advisor. I love the shape of the product, it's like a lipstick. Doesn't have a strong scent or taste. I find that either they dry fast or my lips soak it in really fast, so I tend to put more on then I normally do. Overall though it's a pretty good product. I probably wouldn't buy it though because they have other flavours/scents I prefer.

Softlip Luxe is a mentholated, petrolatum (like petroleum jelly) based lip balm with the lipstick style applicator tube.

The formula is really nice. Very smooth and light. It have a slight shine to it and lasts for a couple hours before needing to reapply. There isn't much scent to this one, which I like, but it does have a bit of menthol which leaves a nice tingle on the lips.

The lipstick style applicator makes it easy to over apply and leave a greasy feeling. There is 3.7g in each tube which is almost twice as much as their regular skinny tubes though, so that compensates a bit for the tendency to over apply


The tube itself looks really cool, but is bulky, very stiff and feels very cheap, kind is like play lipstick.
