Easy addition to my nighttime routine

I've actually taken fibre supplements before and have found that other brands have left a weird feeling in my mouth or have had textures that made me gag. These Suku fibre gummies were delicious and so easy to chew. I didn't find they left a weird residue in my mouth and they have genuinely helped with digestion. As someone who takes iron supplements, I struggle with keeping things moving and I really appreciate the extra support these gummies give. I take two before bed and find that I feel so much less uncomfortable in the morning.

Great product but strong taste

I found that I could really taste the stevia in this product. They weren't too sweet but not a delicious taste in my opinion. My partner also thought they tasted like medicine. I loved that it uses Inulin Fibre and provides 6g per 2 gummy serving. The gummies aren't too sticky and don't stick into your teeth. They aren't chewy like gummies and are easy to add into your routine.

I usually have digestion problems and have often made extra effort to boost digestion by infusing fruits, liquids etc. I tried this gummy and it worked visibly. so i recommend.

Clean gummie supplements + made in Canada!

I like that these are clean and made in Canada! The clean ingredients and gummy form opens it up for more people with specific dietary needs. Some people have troubles swallowing pills so I like that there's an alternative for them. The taste of the supplement is supposed to be blackberry, blueberry, and peach, but I would say it's mostly blackberry. The gumminess is a little less chewy than another gummy supplement I currently take which I don't necessarily mind but it definitely is different. It has less bounce and chew to it. The texture is also slightly grittier and less smooth. You are supposed to take these apart from other supplements and for this reason, I kept forgetting to take it. This is an issue for me overall with supplements and for that reason I try to take things that play well together. Overall I think this is a good alternative for those that are looking for a supplement with the gluten, sugar, alcohol free, etc nature and enjoy eating gummies.

a good start to my morning

I enjoy taking these gummies in the morning as part of my routine. I often worry if I am getting enough fibre, so this helps to shut down those worries. They have assisted me with digestion and I have noticed a difference! I only gave them a 4 start because the flavour is not my favourite. Other than that they are great!
