Underrated shampoo

I really like Sunsilk shampoos and I think they are pretty underrated but the quality is still really good. I noticed them when they were on sale at the drugstore and I bought some to try and I loved it! It helped to smooth out my hair and make it easier to brush because there wasn't as many tangles in my hair. It doesn't make my hair as straight as I would like but it made it much more manageable which I really liked.

I love this shampoo. It works so well. I have long straight hair that get a greasy easily but this shampoo gets it feeling nice and clean. It also smells great

This formula is made for people with straight hair. Although my hair is already really naturally straight, after using it I really didn't notice a difference. (Was it supposed to help to keep it looking that way longer)? I don't know. However, it did leave my hair clean feeling, managable, and soft(er) feeling. At an average price of under $4 a bottle, I'd say it was well worth the investment. You can find this at Shopper's Drug Mart and/or anywhere else they sell health and beauty products. Overall, I'd recommend it.

It's hard to say anything negative about anything but this product just didn't work for me. That's not saying it wouldn't work for someone else but it just wasn't great for my type of hair. I'm of mixed ethnicity so I have combination hair, frizzy underneath with frizzy around the hairline, and straight on top. When I used this product it felt at first like it was going to work, once out of the shower it failed to meet my standards. It left a sticky feeling as it was drying and I rinsed it well too, then it looked a bit greasy once dry, didn't feel greasy but looked greasy, then it made my hair way too flat, definitely works to take all the body and volume out. So not great. I will not be using this again. But for the price it's worth a try.

I used to only use Herbal Essences but after trying this product I was hooked. I was amazed at what it did to my hair and it lasts a few days so I don't have to wash my hair every single day.

I was a bit skeptical about yet another line of hair products designed to smooth out my curls and rid my mane of frizz. I've been pretty loyal to Matrix (or the Suave knock-off) and had my doubts about Sunsilk. But I adore both the shampoo and conditionaer and am now hooked after only one use. First of all, the shampoo has the creamiest texture of any shampoo I've ever used; I actually checked the bottle to make sure I hadn't accidentally used the conditioner! Both products feel great going in and wash out nicely. No particular scent but I didn't particulary care after I went to dry my hair. I swear my drying time was cut in half! I have thick, curly hair with an unforgiving tendency to frizz. My curls never curl nicely so I always blow it out and then use a flat iron. After using Sunsilk, my blew out better, smoother, with significantly less frizz, and formed soft curls around my big brush. A quick run with my flat iron to settle it down and I was set. Some products that hellp strighten hair leave a heavy residue (which I've put up with if I can get my hair smooth enough), but Sunsilk left my hair totally soft and healthy feeling and I didn't need to use any other smoothing creams. Unbelieveable! I'm a changed women! The only slightly negative thing I must note is the packaging, which could seriously be better. The picture of the woman on the front is unnecessary and although we should not be swayed by packaging, it does matter! I'm not sure I would have given this a try had I not been part of the review club here! Boy, would I have missed out--this stuff is amazing!

the 24/7 creme is probably the worst product ever, i used it after i took a shower and im never using this again. its more of a gel consistency and it makes my hair hard and crunchy even after i blowdry

I used the conditioner of this line and I have to admit that It's great!
The smell is good and also the texture is so rich.

I just love Sunsilk! Especially the Straighten-up line. My hair has a bit of curl to it, but it mostly just looks kinky if I leave it to dry naturally. The straighten up line really helps work out those kinks! I just love it! All I have to do is comb out my hair and it feels/smells great! I can't wait to try the other Sunsilk products!
