Just a pretty package

I received this in a boxy charm subscription. Very disappointing. The packaging is adorable and with the brand being TARTE you would expect to get your money’s worth with this eyeshadow. However it is lacking in the pigmentation department. As in there is zero pigmentation. I had to run the end of an eyeshadow brush over it and make it loose only to get anything visible on my lid. No more than a pretty package and I would return the product if I had actually purchased it.
