Hard to work with

I love tarte, but this palette was not the greatest. The shades are gorgeous, and extremely shimmery, however they are not pigmented enough, nor blend-able in any way. They are difficult to work with if you are not experienced with makeup, but I am not certain they would be easier to work with if I did completely know what I was doing. For $48, I would be more willing to spend a bit more on something what works better. Do not recommend.
