This is probably the best hand cream I have ever used. I had run out of hand lotion and my hands had gotten really dry. I decided to go the to Body Shop to purchase the hand cream because they do not test on animals and there was a sale on the hand cream. Even at the non-sale price, it is worth the purchase. The hand cream worked quickly - I felt the results after one application. It smells wonderful and a little goes a long way.

This is the best hand cream ever. It really works into your skin, smells nice ( not over powering) and does it's job. I will definately by this again.

The hand cream is thick and creamy. A little goes a long way. It is very moisturizing (aka greasy) so I prefer to use it just on the backs of my hands and my knuckles, and on my feet. The smell is very natural but not entirely pleasant. If you usually buy lotion based on smell, this is not the lotion for you. I do not like the packaging. If you crease the package too much, it breaks and starts leaking lotion everywhere. Because of this, this tube (which may otherwise have been a great addition to my purse) lives on my night stand. For moisture I give this 5/5 stars but the packaging and high cost vs other equivalent hand lotions (O'Keefe's Working Hands lotion gives the same effect at half the cost, for example) makes me deduct a star...making this a 4 star product in my mind. Neat gift idea as part of a set (The Body Shop does great gift sets!) but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it, unless it's on sale.

Didn't care for the smell. I also found it left a residue on my skin and didn't improve its condition. Skin was still dry yet greasy. Would not purchase again.

This is the best hand cream ever! It works amazing for dry hands. I know people who had dry, cracked, raw hands (hairstylists with their hands in water all day) and using this hand cream has turned it around.

The only thing that I don't like about it is the smell. It is a cream I would only use at home because of it.

This hand cream is the most I've ever used. I consider it the gold standard I compare other hand creams to.

This cream certainly provides top moisture for your skin. I am not a fan of the scent (there are others id much rather use) however it is a lot more effective then most.

Amazingly effective. This is my husband's go-to hand cream. He and I use it every night before bed. To me, the scent is a bit of a drawback, and Body Shop has other scents that are almost as effective, but smell nicer (Almond, Strawberry).

It is a rich texture but is fast absorbing and a little goes a long way!

Amazing lotion. It does it's job and it smells amazing! I goes on nicely but doesn't leave any sort of greasy or slimy feeling. The smell is nice, not over powering, and doesn't last too long. Good buy!

I really like this cream! It rich and hydrating.
The skin absorbs the product pretty quickly.
