This is absolutely amazing.
I love it and I use it every night after I wash and tone my face! Its great for oily skin with blemishes :)
It really helps keep my skin under control !
I love the Tea Tree Blemish Fade Night Lotion. Within the first week of using this product, I saw my old acne scars (dark spots) fading. It definitely also helps to control oil, as well as acne breakouts; I find that I only rarely have to use spot treatment while using the Night Lotion. The only drawback is the price. I originally bought it while it was drastically discounted in the store and stock up whenever there is a sale. LOVE this product.
Its one of the BEST products so far. I just bought it on the spur as nothing was working on my oily blemised skin and I cudn't believe that my marks become 50% lighter in a weeks time and in few weeks they banished. This is now my fav product and I always carry it in my handbag. Just love shopping at The Body Shop
I used to have a lot of marks caused by blemishes, but after I started using it, it really helped to heal up. I always recommend it to my friends, but some of my friends don't use it because they don't like the smell of tea tree.
If you have a problem with oily skin - go buy this, NOW!! I have the oiliest skin in the world, and have tried numerous expensive "oil reducing" products with no luck. Then I tried this! Oh my god! It's AMAZING!!!
I put it on before bed, and also in the morning. It is called a "night lotion", but I have found that it works fine under my makeup, and it completely cures my oily skin problem. Without this lotion, I will have an oily shine on my entire face within 2 hours, max. With this lotion, I can go ALL DAY without any shine on my face. You have nooo idea how happy this makes me (unless you have a problem with oily skin yourself, then I'm sure you understand.) My cheeks are slightly dry, but I find that this moisturizes them enough, so it's even great for combination skin. If you feel like you aren't getting enough moisturizing power from this in your dry areas, you could just use this lotion on your oily areas and a different one for the rest of your face :)
As for blemish mark reducing power, I can't say yet, since I've only been using this for a few days. But I will update my review in the next few weeks and let you know!
If you have oily skin, do yourself a favour and try this lotion!! Just go to The Body Shop and ask them for a little sample, try it on your face and walk around the mall for a while. You will notice that your skin feels cleaner, and less oily than usual. I can't explain how happy it makes me!! :) :) :)
To say I am in love with this cream would be a huge understatement. Once I was in University, the stress of tests and so on started breaking me out in a whole new area: my cheeks. These pimples were especially bad because for the first time I had really dark and bad scarring. I started taking my homeopathic medicine for acne again but by that time it was too late to stop the scarring. It was then I came across the Body Shop Tea Tree line. I bought their entire line over boxing day which included the day cream, the night cream and their face wash. They say that if you use all of the products it builds on the intensity of the Tea Tree oil and quickens the pace at which the blemishes dissapear.
I really like the cream because it's not too oily or too dry. I usually use two pumps for my entire face, and another pump for my neck. It has a really nice pleasant smell that immediately relaxes me the minute I smell it.
Don't get me wrong, it's not a miracle cream. I still have some blemishes that are resisting, but this cream has definitely lightened and reduced them in size. Being a student and not being able to do a job because of studies, the price was what attracts me the most. It is the Body Shop's cheapest line, and if you wait, they usually have a sale that they do for their skin care line. For example at the moment they have a buy 3 get 2 free promo going. If you have the Love you Body card (which you get free on your birthday :D) you get an additional 10% off! So that resulted in me getting my night cream for $9.
This is The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Blemish Fade Night Lotion (30ml). I bought this item on sale, so it cost about $12. I would highly recommend this product; controls oil on my face, doesn't clog my pores, and it prevents new blemishes. I didn't mind the tea tree oil smell, although my brother disliked it very much. This product ran out very quickly for me which was quite disappointing. I used this item everyday and it lasted for approximately a month. Overall, it is effective in controlling oil, and keeping my skin in a healthy state.
I have been suffering from mild acne for a few years now - it sort of comes and goes - particularly when I'm overly stressed out. I have tried multiple products - including Proactiv - which works great for my skin, but not so much for my student budget! So, I set forth to try and find a product that would cost less than Proactiv, but work just as effectively.
My sister had purchased a Tea Tree Foaming Face Cleanser from The Body Shop several months back, and I tried using it. To my amazement, it started to clear up my acne. A week later, I went to The Body Shop myself and purchased several items from the Tea Tree line. I purchased six items in total (which cost me about $80 CDN, which is still much cheaper than buying 2-3 smaller items from the Proactiv line).
The Tea Tree Night Lotion was one of the six products I had purchased. I used it every night for about a week, and started to notice results just after a week! The Tea Tree Night Lotion was comparable to the pricier Proactiv Repairing Night Lotion! It has been just as effective for me, and at less than a fraction of the cost! The only con is that I don't care for the smell too much - but the scent fades away after a few minutes...and besides, it does leave my skin a lot clearer....so, I will not complain too much!
I have oily skin that breaks out now and then.
The Body Shop recently revamped the Tea Tee line and I thought I would give it a try. I bought a few products including the Blemish Fade Night Lotion and it's great.
It's nice and thick. It helps fade away marks left by blemishes, and I am very happy with the product. It does what it's supposed to, and doesn't cost as much as the department store brands.
I wandered into the Body Shop a week or so ago in search of something to treat blemishes and I was introduced to the Tea Tree Oil line by the Body Shop.I was told that they had sold out of the Tea Tree Facial Toner and had a hard time keeping it on the shelves so I thought I would try another product within the line. I ended up trying the Tea Tree Oil Blemish Fade Night Lotion. I have to say that I was very very impressed with this product and it did exactly what it said it would do... moisturizing my skin all while treating my blemishes. After a few days those blemishes were significantly reduced. I am now looking forward to getting my hands on that toner and even trying out the oil. If you get a chance... check out the Fairview Mall location on the upper level. Marla the manager, was very helpful in explaining to me the benefits of tea tree oil and informing me on their no animal testing and community trade policies. She was very good at explaining all the different skin care lines and then recommending which ones she thought would suit my skin. I think I am going to be changing my blemish treating regiment to include the Body Shop Tea Tree Oil line. It worked very well! :o)
