I really liked all the graphics and make up in this movie. I wasn't a big fan of the storyline but it was a neat movie.

An absolutely stunning film adaption of Tolkien's work! Much like The Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Hobbit trilogy certainly does not fail to please.

Really enjoyed this movie. The main character is perfectly cast- I just love him. The shire is so cool- the beginning was my favourite part- when you get to see all the houses and the feast at Bilbo's house. Really interesting plot. Couldn't wait to see the next one.

Simply stunning. If you haven't read the book, or haven't read it in a while, this film will not disappoint. Filmed in New Zealand and seamlessly integrating CGI and live action - The first movie is many things, funny, frightening, suspenseful and just plain clever. J.R.R. Tolkien knew what he was doing.
