Went to see this in 1994; now it's considered a real classic

One of my favourite Disney movies. Seen it as a kid and as an adult. Makes you laugh and cry (or teary eyed or sad).

I absolutely love this movie! One of my favourite Disney films ever! If a cartoon can make you cry, you know it's a very good, powerful one. Love all the songs, and they defintely make you sing them while their playing. This movie will never get tired.

My daughter loves this movie.. She can watch it over & over again. Music is amazing.

This movie created my love for animals as a child. I have watched it more times than I can remember. All of the songs in it are amazing!

The Lion King is a classic. A family movie that everyone loves to watch. The soundtrack is absolutely amazing. I can't imagine this movie with any other kind of music. There were a couple filler songs, but overall the soundtrack is very good. I especially love the simple tribal music in the background. And the emotional scene with Mufasa gets me every time. Even more so now with my own father's passing. Truly a memorable moment in Disney history.

This movie was pretty sad for me, it actually made me cry for samba's dad's death. It's a cute movie with a lion who grows up to find out that his uncle killed his father to take over the pack and he goes through a lot. I've seen all the lion king movies as well.

I've watched this movie countless times with my kids. Beautiful animation, sing-a-long songs and well chosen voice actors. A sweet story that will touch you. Being a Leo I just love lions and I cried when Mufasa died. An amazing movie that has the power to make you feel for these characters.
