Well I've had the great opportunity to try and review their wonderful and much appraised Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil in my home for the past 3 weeks. And let me tell you that I won't be turning back to any other type of oil ever.
Well maybe olive oil cause I could never do without my olive oil. But this virgin coconut oil is really great tasting with much every thing I cook. Especially my sautées and stir fries. We love eating stir fries at my house and I was worried it would taste a bit weird because of the coconut, well not at all. It actually mingled right in with the veggies and meat. And the taste was superb.
