I tried TYLENOL® Ultra Relief on multiple occasions for headaches, and though TYLENOL is my usual go to brand, I didn't find any different with the added caffeine, if anything it added to some lightheadedness after taking it. It did help with the headaches and was used from both myself and my daughter with the same outcome.

Excellent product!

Excellent product. Would highly recommend for pain. Definitely would recommend for those who cannot take high dose pain medications. It relieves the pain almost instantly.

Les Tylenol sont très efficaces. J ai tendances a faire de grosses migraine . D habitude il est très dur a faire passer mais avec Tylenol aucun problème. Je le recommande a tous ceux qui on un mal de tête. En plus facile a avaler.

Fast and effective

I suffer from headaches due to screen time for work. When you’re in the zone I forget the 20/20 rule and can work for hours. This helps at the end of the day when I’m winding down. It is different for everyone but within 5-7 minutes I start to feel relief. I like how these pills are small, coated, and easy to swallow. Last thing I want is chalky pills that’ll make me gag. I highly recommend this product!

Fast acting

I suffer from frequent headaches. The quicker I can get relief the better. I took Tylenol Ultra Relief and was surprised that just one knocked my headache right down.

I was asked for my honest opinion for Tylenol ultra relief. I must admit I wasn’t sure if there would be any difference from original Tylenol but I was actually surprised. I would say ultra worked better for me. I also asked my hubby yo try for his headache and neck pain. He also agreed that ultra relief Tylenol was a win . We will definitely be switching from our usual Tylenol extra strength.
