The best in migraine relief

I used to suffer with really bad migraines. Nothing seemed to be working anymore and then this product came out and saved my life. Before I would have to go to lay down and sleep. If I feel symptoms coming on I take a couple and it completely goes away. No laying down, no missed days at work. I couldn't survive without it.

I've always have had really bad migraines and I've tried pretty much everything and nothing has worked I picked these up at the local drugstore and with in 10 mins it was gone I had no more pain I was able to carry on with my day which is really nice.

takes care of tough headaches

I take this as soon as I feel a headache coming on. The Acetaminophen with the addition of caffeine works its magic every time. I get relief very quickly.

I got a free bottle of these in the mail and I think they work pretty good. It depends on what I'm using it for.
For a regular headache, works great. For migraines it doesn't quite do the trick for me. I suffer from migraines and had neck pain and usually need something stronger to help.

My whole life, I have had high ocular pressure causing some pretty intense headaches throughout my childhood and into adulthood. Now, whenever the weather pressure changes I get an instant headache, and they are so bad that regular strength pain relievers don't touch it at all. I discovered Tylenol Ultra Relief earlier this year and it has been amazing! One pill will take away my bad headache for the entire day, and I don't need to take anything else. This has quickly become my go-to headache relief and I won't use anything else!

This is the best product out on the market for really bad migraine headaches. Usually only need one dose to get rid of the headache. So happy to have found this product to help with my painful headaches.

I was feeling the effects of a migraine headache coming on with all the lightning and blurred vision. I took one of these Tylenol pills and could not believe that I never got the nasty headache associated with a migraine. I am so impressed with these tough on headache Tylenol pills that I have told everyone I know how good they work.

Oh my gosh. Yesterday I had a small but recurring tension headache and took one of these at noon, one at 6pm, and one at midnight (opened a fresh new box to try). They were easy to swallow due to the coating, and I could taste the sweet/candy flavour of it. These were effective for me to absolutely get rid of my headache within a 20 minute period each time, and lasted 6 hours each time. Great, right? Well yesterday I specifically read the ingredients on the box b/c I know one type of pain reliever has caffeine in it and I'm basically caffeine-intolerant (it really effects me). I didn't see it written amongst all the words in the ingredients (but found it there this morning on the front of the package within the title description and really combined with the french is too many words... I missed it). Sooooooo it's now 9am and I haven't slept a wink all night long, no exaggeration. I'm still wired. I could power-walk the mall, Costco, and an Ikea right now with no end in sight. So for me, or anyone off caffeine; steer clear. It was effective though, so maybe if I only take one before noon I'm ok every once in a while... I'll try out the Tylenol Night-time b/c I can't imagine that would have caffeine, but will look at the label really closely.

I got a sample bottle of these. I suffer from frequent headaches and migraines so I was excited to try these. I've used Tylenol in the past but found that I had to take several pills for it to make a dent in my more severe headaches. These worked much better and I felt relief relatively quickly. I noticed a difference within about 20 minutes but I didn't find that it completely got rid of the pain. Still, I was able to function and there are fewer long term side effects with Tylenol so I will certainly use these again.
