I have this in black and I find with most eyeliners by the end of the day, it starts to come off. The 24/7 stays on and I do not need to re-apply. It is opaque enough that you do no need a lot and the quality is good that it does go on smoothly.

This eye-liner pencil from Urban Decay is fantastic!! Some of my other eyeliners would end up bleeding towards my brows and was always getting smudged. Not this one, it stays where you put it. Great!!

applies easy, and does not smear, when trying to remove it stays put. I had to struggle getting it off but other than that, it works great

This liner glides on so incredibly smooth. Perfect for upper and lower lash lines. I would not recommend for the lower water line though...it does not stay.

I don't usually like pencil eye liners because I find you get so much waste when you sharpen them, trying to get rid of the sharp bits....but this has such great staying power and the colors are so great it's worth buying a pencil.

I've purchased the glide on eye pencil and high lighter (double ended) and its great! I've used the eye liner religiously and the highlighter looks perfect with any natural look you're going for.

These are great eye pencils - stay all day, super rich pigmentation. But I do believe that the Rimmel Scandal Eyes are of similar quality and are a lot cheaper. Unless theres a specific colour you want, go with drugstore!

These eye liners are really great in color pay off, but heavy on the price. I love when you can find them in mini sets or on sale! The range of colors is really fabulous though, and I'm always tempted by them when browsing at sephora.

I didn't give it five star because I expect it to be better then this. I do like this product but like everything products there is pros and cons.

The only thing I didn't like about it is it smudges. So don't every do this on your waterline.

The Pros..
After it smudges it actually stays on very long so is good if you are doing smoky eyes.
It is very creamy so you don't have to press too hard on your eyelid.

I was hoping I found an eyeliner pencil that can go on my waterline but I guess I have to keep shopping around...

Great eye Pencil!! It last all night, to the point where its almost a pain to remove.
