I was kind of surprised to read that people reviewing this eye liner here say it doesn't smudge.

Mainly because that was my biggest problem with it. I rarely used it with primer or eye shadow so I am thinking that might be why it smudged so easily. The color I had was brown and it was such a nice brown and it went on really smooth.

This is not an eyeliner I would buy again. It does its job, but does not apply in a was I like. However it does last through out the day.

I really wanted to at least like these pencils. I've tried 8 of the colors and they all smudged on me in less than two hours no matter how I tried to wear them. They never seemed to "set". The colors are beautiful and vibrant other than that these were a total flop for me.

Colour-Hustle, long lasting and waterproof . It dries fast and doesn't smudge so it claims. I found it to smudge and hard to remove at the end of the day.

I don't particularly favor pencil eyeliners because they are hard but this one wasn't that bad. It glided on easily, didn't smudge as easy as some others I have tried (but wasn't really water proof!), and was affordable. Now, after sharpening it wasn't great to use, it was a little hard and the wood chips weren't in tact very well.

I'm sure for a lot of people this product does the job but not for me. Because of my oily eyelids it really prevents me from wearing things I really like and I really wanted to like this product. The colour goes on smoothly and it's so vibrant but after a while it starts transferring to the top of my eyelid. If I wear a primer underneath it with some eyeshadow and then put the eyeliner on I don't have the problem but I still have a problem with it fading. So those of you with oily eyelids I suggest you try out in the store first before you buy it.
