Super convenient

It was easy to use the website and I could even change my order up to 8pm the night before. I got 99% of what I ordered and it was all good quality. Only took 5 min to pick it up and was ready for me early. Will definitely use again

Quick and easy grocery pickup!

I was so lucky to receive an incentive discount code from Chick Advisor and Sobeys for their curbside puckup grocery order! They app/website was so incredibly easy to use and search for what I wanted and to see what was on sale! They even list the cost per item or cost per grams. A great feature for a budget shopper!! The pickup was quick and easy. You just pull up into the numbered parking spot and call or text the number to say that you are there and they come outside within a few minutes! You also get a confirmation email with any changes they had to make and she confirmed I was ok with the changes at my car window! They use paper bags unless you have your own bags. ( for a slight cost ) and pack them so neatly in your trunk!!

Easy and Quick

Voilà by Safeway Curbside Pickup is exactly as the name sounds. Quick and easy. No need to worry about running into the store. The website is easy to use with clear images. The email update clearly shows the items you are getting and what is out of stock. No surprises!

Picked an evening pick up on the way home with children. Loved that I could get all our essentials without leaving the car.

Safeway also offers a bagless experience. No plastic bags! All our groceries were carefully transferred by the employee to our own grocery bags.

Easy & convenient!!

I found using the Voila on line ordering for Sobeys! It was so easy and had an excellent selection of items. My items were fresh and chosen as I had asked.

Good Service

As a family with some very serious medical issues, we use grocery pick-up options very often. I'm often unable to manage going to the store and this is always such a blessing. It can also be a challenge because many, "big box" locations don't pay attention to the quality of the produce. More than once we've received poor food or errors.

Our order through Voila with Safeway was excellent. The quality of the produce was excellent, the staff were kind and my husband, who picked up for me, found it quite simple.

My only complaint was that the information on their site as to what was available in store was in accurate. Some of the food they said was available isn't even sold at our location. This resulted in my order being shorted more than the usual number of things and also, it caused an issue with my voucher code. I was quite upset, however, I reached out to Voila and VERY quickly they fixed the problem and refunded me the amount.

We'll absolutely use it again.

A quick way to get your groceries

It was really easy to use Voila. I was happy with my order. I was ready within 5 minutes of arrival at the store. I never had to leave the car which was great tonight as it was snowing.

Fast and Convenient

With ease and speed I placed my order mid morning and went about my day. At my appointment time I drove to my Sobeys location and parked in the designated parking space. I called the number listed and within minutes my order was placed in my vehicle and I was on my way again. The quality was great too! Fast, easy and convenient!! Highly recommend!

Fast and convenient for the busy mom!

A great way to make your grocery run fast and efficient! With a new baby at home, there is little time for me to shop for groceries. Voila makes it super easy for me to pick up my groceries and get home fast to my newborn! So convenient!

Hmm

Was kinda disappointed, but more so that what I like to purchase in store was not available or was hard to find using the viola site. If in future it changes I might use but in the meantime uber eats corner shop or instacart nwets my needs a bit better.

Fast and efficient.

Ordering was very easy; I really appreciated that the sale/flyer items were clearly marked as such and presented up front. Wide range of pickup times, many of which were for no additional charge (a huge bonus for me). Fast, friendly service; arrived about 6 minutes into my 1 hour pickup window and the order was brought out right away. I hadn’t indicated I would bring my own bags but the person who brought them to my car saw the bags in my trunk and asked, so I said yes and we quickly transferred them from paper to my cloth bags and my pickup confirmation email already had the bag charges eliminated. A couple of suggestions for the order form: I may have missed it, but I didn’t notice a place to indicate “no substations” (I didn’t get any, but would have said no) or “additional comments” (for example, “green bananas if possible” (mine were fine). Again maybe I missed those options but on reflection thought they’d be useful. Thanks for the opportunity to try and to review; I likely never would have tried it otherwise and now that I have I may well do so again. Thanks!
