Makes grocery shopping a breeze!

I love Voila grocery pickup. There is a Sobeys just down the road f on my work, so it's super convenient for me to place my order in the morning and stop on my way home to pick it up. The young man that loaded my car was really friendly and made sure that I was okay with the substitutions made to my order. Also, the communication throughout the day if an item I ordered was unavailable was great, no surprises when I got home. I have tried other grocery pickup services before and Voila is definitely at the top of the list!

Ended up a great experience

I was so excited to go pick up my order and when I followed the instructions once I got there a guy came out told me he doesn’t have any order information for me. I told him I put in all my information and credit card info in and it said my order was placed and he said he would go check on it. He came back apologizing saying he sees an order but it didn’t go through for some reason and was an error and said there was nothing he could do for me today but he will help me place an order for tomorrow. I said I would think about it as it was a far drive for me. I thought about it and I ended up placing my order for the next day and this time my order worked and it was a really nice and an easy experience. I was really happy with the fresh fruit that was chosen for me! In the end I was happy with my purchase and the convenience of it!

A great option for busy families

I have been waiting for Voila to start at my local Safeway and I was so excited to be invited to review the service. I’ve had an extremely busy December and very last minute needed some groceries and thanks to Voila I was able to schedule a pick up the night before, pick what I needed online, and around my own schedule and not need to enter the store. When I arrived to pick up my order I texted and had a response almost immediately and someone came out in five minutes, and apologized for the wait which kind of made me chuckle given that it had only been a few minutes. I had ordered meat and they took it out of a bag to show me and ask if it met my expectations before packaging it away, I found that to be some next level service in comparison to many other online shopping options where you don’t always get a say in the products that end up in your cart. One thing I did notice however is that the price that I was charged for this meat was actually higher than the price that it was in the store and then a new sticker had been put on the front of the package, that was a bit of a put off for me and if I am on a tight budget that is some thing that I may pay attention to in the future as a few dollars can make or break some families every week. Overall this is a great service for families that don’t want to have to go into the grocery store, who are looking to curb impulse shopping, or just prefer to have someone do their shopping for them and bring it out. Overall I would absolutely recommend the service again and I’m likely to use it at my own Safeway‘s in the future.

Great service

Great service, awesome food selection. Everything I ordered was available! I love sobeys for the fresh products and go there often for my shopping. The local products they sell is a great way to gift my family who love our local products!

Easy to use

The great thing about this is you can use your airmiles and enjoy Safeway's sale prices. Only some time slots are free delivery but those times can work for me anyways.

A time-saver!!

I loved the website - it was easy to navigate and find which items I needed. There were plenty of time slots available to choose from, and I got an email immediately once I placed my order. The curbside pickup was seamless, and the attendants were friendly. 10/10 will use this service again!

Great service

I have used other grocery pick up services before and have had little to no issues with them but when I tried Voila it changed my mind. The fact that when they substitute something you aren't charged yet until they are happy with the substitutions has changed my mind of where I get my groceries. Very happy with the service I received.

Fantastic Customer Service

I was offered a $25 off $100 discount code for trying out Voilà.

Using the website was easy and quick. I was also able to pick a day and time that suited me best.

When I picked up my groceries I was informed that they had made some substitutions, which I was fine with. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that some items had not been substituted but rather omitted from my order.

This brought my total amount to under $100 and my $25 discount code was taken off my bill.

I called the 1-800 number and spoke to Andrea, who is wonderful. She was pleasant to talk to and rectified my problem very quickly; I was refunded the $25.

Overall I was very happy with the service I received from Voilà and I would use it again.

This service was easy and simple to select items online and browse through their wide variety of selections. They have sale items too which is great as well!

Loved the experience
