Can't make adjustments to billing in store

Website is easy to navigate and the check out process also. When i got my final purchase receipt by email i noticed that certain products were not charged accurately for a $10 savings as stated in the flyer when you bought a certain amount. I contacted Sobey’s when picking up the order and apparently I would have to call Voila that they cannot do a refund for the sales price in store for the difference. This was a huge turn off i won't be using this service again and will be sticking to Superstore's online service who can correct their pricing errors in store for you.

Freshest produce ever!

This was honestly the best pickup ever. It was quick, the produce was as fresh as if I chose it myself and everything in my order was correct. They even refund you the substitution amount if they had to make any changes.

Great service

I tried using voila for the first time using the code chickadvisor gave me and it was great. There were lots of time slots available to choose from. I got the date and time I wanted. Produce was fresh. Highly recommend and would get again.

So easy!

I was so pleased with Safeway’s Voula grocery service curbside pickup. From crafting my account to picking up my order, the entire process was seamless. After creating my account, I easily found my pick up location and was able to pick a time slot for the very next day. I appreciate that so much as most grocery stores seem to have pick up times in the following week. The search function on the site is super easy to use. You can search by department, sale items, or just type in the product you are looking for. Once you add items to your cart, checkout is a breeze. I received a confirmation email that my order was received. I chose a morning pick up time and received an email shortly before the time indicating my order was ready for pick up. When I pulled into the Safeway parking lot, it was very clear where to go to pick up my order. I pulled into the slot and sent a text message to the number on the sign with my spot number. This is the only part I found a little strange. No one asked my name or order number. I guess I would assume I had the only order during that time slot or someone would have asked right? I received a text back saying they would be out shortly. After a few minutes, here came my order. The gentleman was very kind and let me know there was one item out of stock. He loaded everything in my car and off I went. This was a seamless experience. So incredibly easy and definitely worth the small convenience fee. I can order groceries from the comfort of my own couch and have someone pack it all up for me! I would definitely use this service again and I highly recommend it!

Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy!

The website was well organized and the popup menu was very easy to navigate. It was very easy to find the foods and items I wanted to purchase. I only had one item substituted and it was somewhat easy to add to the order after it had been placed. The first addition went through, (block margarine/substituted with tub)but the second add-on did not (laundry detergent and liquid fabric softener) It is a service I will use again. I called once I got there, it was easy to find where to park, it was brought out quickly and everything was placed carefully in the vehicle.

Great service and produce

Being a busy mom of a one year old baby, find it hard to get to the grocery store to do our family's weekly shopping. Found this service to be really useful, produce were fresh, delivery person from the store was easy to reach, friendly and fast.

Amazing service!! I've been dreading grocery shopping lately with all the overcrowding which I used to LOVE grocery shopping. This was so handy and helpful. The man "Kevin" who loaded the bags into my car was so knowledgeable and friendly. It's so easy to choose and see what's on sale. Very stress free I get everything on my list and don't over spend while browsing as I usually tend to do. I was skeptical at first about pick up services as I didn't know about how they picked the produce and things but they did such an amazing job! I have already used the service again and recommended to family and friends.
