Easy to navigate

I thought the sobeys curbside service was a great addition to the sobeys brand. I was a little disappointed that the sobeys near my house didn’t offer the service and I also wish there was a way to select from the weekly flyer to choose items. I had a plan for what I was planning to buy based on checking out the flyer and I was disappointed to not be able to navigate the flyer and choose from directly within the flyer. I think that would make the service very competitive.

Super convenient!

Today there are a variety of options to choose from when selecting a grocery pickup service. I was super happy to try Voila from Sobeys!
Over all, it was easy to maneuver online and place my order. My selection of items was no different than being in the store itself and it quite literally took no more than 10 minutes to do my order, which would have taken a good hour in store.

Pick up from the store was easy peasy and quick! The rep who waited on me was super helpful and took the time to carefully move items in the trunk aside to make room (with my permission).
I get nervous when using grocery services because I want good quality produce and you leave that judgement in the hands of someone else. My produce was perfectly chosen and real care was taken to me sure I got what I was looking for.

Overall, this was a perfect experience! I like using a service directly through a retailer vs a third party and Sobeys really brought their A Game!

I think Voila was a great service, especially for people like me who are very short on time. This is a very busy time of year for everyone, so I will definitely use this service again. I also recommended it to my family.

I love buying groceries from my bed

I throughly enjoyed my shopping experience online for my groceries! I loved that I could look up sale items and plan my meals stress free! The pick up was quick and easy and the staff was really nice and loaded my car for me! I would highly recommend this!

Annoying

This promotion was nothing like I expected it to be. Even $25 off, Safeway is expensive. I would prefer Walmart or Superstore. PC points are the best.

Easy to use site and so convenient

I have used other grocery store online ordering and the downfall is the app. The voila service is so easy to use. I love that there is a sale section. It makes it easy to plan your shopping trip and stay within a budget. The staff is friendly and for a new service they are very efficient. They even offer same day pickup at comparable prices.
