First time user and definitely not the last!

This is my first time using a home delivery service for groceries and let me tell you... I think I am hooked! Shopping online was a breeze on their website and on top of it, the service I received from the delivery man was amazing. They give you a call 30 minutes prior to making the delivery at the scheduled time and they will call again to let you know they are here. I live in a condo so the delivery driver came straight to the lobby with his cart and dropped off all the goodies for me. I am truly blown away by Sobey's delivery service. I am definitely going to start ordering alot more groceries online thanks to this program. Thank you ChickAdvisor for allowing me to participate in this!

Competitive Delivery Service

I have used several grocery delivery apps so I was glad I had the opportunity to use and compare the Voila delivery service through Sobey's. It was good service overall and convenient. Liked that they offered items on sale as not all grocery delivery apps offer this service. Liked that we could purchase Farm Boy products through this service.

All the items we ordered were in stock.

Searching for items on the app / website was easy but site needs to fix a couple spelling issues.

The cost for delivery seemed okay for a one off time but would like the option to buy a package delivery deal for less price - monthly of yearly cost. The price for delivery seemed a little higher than the competition. No tipping though.

Was annoyed that the delivery driver started to deliver to the wrong house. Luckily we saw the truck out the window and I went to investigate. Our address is clearly marked on our house. If we hadn't noticed the truck what would have happened to our groceries.

Even with this issue I would recommend trying out this delivery service.

Efficient Delivery!

Thanks to @chickadvisor I received a $25 coupon for #VoilaBySobeys! I hot a delivery exactly when I specified and a few things were on sale.

Pros: Very smooth ordering process and no issues with the voucher. The delivery men were so efficient, called before coming and explained that all my items were delivered w no substitutions. Also, I liked that I could edit my order until the evening before delivery.

Cons: Sobeys is a little more expensive than our usual stores. Also, produce options were not available at the time of my order so I could only order frozen fruit or vegetables. When I got the initial email my delivery window was July 14-19, then a later email said July 26 (which would have been preferred)

As a couple without a car, getting groceries delivered is a dream. We've tried all of them, and Voila was a very good experience. With the coupon, we got delivery free ($7.99) but that is a cheap delivery fee compared to the rest at around $11. We would use it again if the selection gets bigger.

Just recieved my grocery order from #VoilabySobeys, it was a breeze from start to finish and it arrived on time and conveniently packaged. $25 discount on $100 order from @ChickAdvisor. I would definitely recommend this service to family and friends.

Excellent Service

I'm all for trying new things out, so when I received $25 credit on a $100 min with a $7.99 delivery fee (some stores are upwards of $9.99) with Voila by Sobeys it peaked my interest.

I have to say the service was better than I was expecting. It was easy to navigate through the website, find a next day delivery spot, most of the items I selected were available and I got a phone call from the driver explaining the contactless delivery process and his E.T.A - only 5 mins away (even at 745am on a Sat!)

Sobeys is not my regular grocery store, so it was nice to try out some new products that I wouldn't normally get. It is a bit pricier than some other grocery stores, but most of the items I needed were on sale anyway.

Definitely would use this service again! Thanks @chickadvisor for letting me try it out

Pleasantly surprised by the Service!

Tried out the new @sobeys grocery delivery service Voila! this weekend and am very impressed with the service. It was easy to find a next day delivery spot, all the items I selected were available and fresh and got a heads up phone call from the driver explaining the contactless delivery and his E.T.A (which was 10 minutes but he was there in 5) I even got my Lysol wipes and spray!
I was given a discount code to try out the service by Chickadvisor - $25 off $100 min and the grocery delivery fee is 7.99 compared to a few other places that are 9.99 and 12.99 for delivery.
Sobey's is a higher end grocery store, so that is something to also keep in mind, it will cost a bit more here than say at your local discount store. Be sure to check out the sale flyers too! Lots of items on sale.

Fast and efficient service!

First time utilizing a grocery delivery service and with the help of a promo discount offered through the Product Review Club I decided to try it out. Viola by Sobeys was easy to use and received my groceries accurately and at the time they said they would deliver straight to my door! Prices were are a little more for some of the products I usually purchase but I did purchase many sale items so that helped wit the overall cost. Also the refrigerated groceries were easy to identify as they were placed in a different grocery bag for easy identification.

My grocery delivery experience with Sobeys

($50 minimum order + $7.99 delivery fee)
It would be convenient if you don't have reliable transportation to the grocery store, have an injured body part, or want to save time. The customer service was great! Called me before and when arriving. Provided bags and Tom went beyond when it came to describing the service. Wonderful experience.

A caveat would be not getting to pick your own fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, meat).

Voila is a great time saver!

I really found this website easy to navigate. The calendar had many delivery option times and my delivery person showed up even a tad early which was great! I like that things don’t come in boxes which I just have to recycle anyway. The produce was fresh and unblemished, and the dairy items arrived nice and cold. The only down side is that I didn’t find all their prices to be as competitive as in stores and the selection wasn’t as extensive as I would have preferred.

Some cons, but overall a good experience

I received a discount as part of a Product Review Club offer and made a purchase on Voila, Sobey's food delivery service.

There were many delivery options for any day of the week both during the day, all the way until late in the evening. Each delivery cost $7.99, no matter what day or time. I've used some other delivery services, and their fees are lower, and vary depending on the day and/or time of your delivery.

It was fairly easy to place the order, and browse the sections. One of the confusing things, however, was that I place my order on Wednesday, choose my delivery time for Sunday, and it said that I had to finish my order by Wednesday at 4:30pm. I looked at the flyer specials, but they were all going to change on Thursday so I didn't think I'd be able to get any of the sale prices since I had to place my order by Wednesday. But then later, after I placed the order it said that I could make changes until Saturday. So that was a bit confusing.

We were able to find the things we wanted. This trip we were mainly stocking up on meat and fish. There were very few options from the fresh butcher. I'm not sure if that's all of the time, but there was no chicken available. Fortunately, we were able to find what we wanted, however. Sobey's is a bit on the pricier side, but I do find their meats to be quality.

The checkout was simple other then the fact that there was no place to put our Air Miles card information in.

Our delivery man, Emilio was wonderful. He gave me a call to say he'd arrive in 10 minutes. When he arrived, he asked us about our experience, if it was our first time and assured us that he had checked the temperature of the meats that we had ordered.
