Amazing experience

After being selected for the Voila by Sobey's campaign, I immediately placed an order and followed the instructions provided. I was a little hesitant because I have had several bad experiences with other online grocery services but let me tell you I was so happy I did. After selecting my groceries, I was able to choose a next day delivery which was about 7.99$. Initially I was annoyed because I felt that the charge was on the higher side but after receiving the order, that charge was more than fair. Jason, the Voila delivery professional, called before arriving to give me a heads up. When he arrived, he arrived in a Voila delivery truck (not his personal car like there services). The truck even had temperature controlled compartments in order to preserve freshness of cold items. All items picked were fresh and amazing as I mainly ordered fruits and veggies. Jason explained about the services and was amazing and so friendly. I would definitely order from Viola again and i commend Voila very highly used on my interaction with Jason alone. Thank you again.

Real time saver

I stocked up on my favourite pasta sauce (heavy and comes in jars) that is no longer carried at my local store, picked out a few dairy and frozen items, as well as tried some new snacks. I received a call around 10 minutes before the start of my delivery window advising that the driver was 5 minute away. All items came in plastic bags, which I didn't mind reusing. Expiry dates on yogurt, snacks, and frozen items were about as good as I normally get from the store. Product selection was good overall and I even got a few items on sale. Not a bad deal for $7.99 delivery if you don't have access to a car or are short on time. Love that there were no substitutions.

Great service at decent prices!

I was very pleased with my experience! I asked for a delivery at 6 am and the driver was ON TIME for a Sunday morning! I was very impressed. The driver did text me prior to confirm I was home but I was asleep so didnt respond (sorry!) - Delivery was prompt and efficient and CONTACTLESS! For $7.99 delivery, I think this is a really good deal - Sobeys produce is always fresh and clean so its totally worth saving a trip to the store!

Hassle Free Home Delivery

I ordered midnight on Sunday and the orders arrived Tuesday Morning as I selected. I am super pleased with the delivery process and the nice gentleman who delivered it. He was super kind and courteous. The ordering from the website was very easy and convenient, user friendly. At checkout they let you know what is not available so you can make changes as well as leave a window for editing your order till next morning. Thank you Chick advisor for the $25 coupon to try Voila!

I would use this service again.

Good product and timely service. Delivery was efficient and the driver took the time to explain the service and how things work. Ordering online was easy and the web page was clear and easy to find products.

I'll be sticking to Walmart delivery.

Voila was very 50 50 for me
For starters, my free voila code did not work. I had to phone and there was a 30 minute phone call on them trying to figure out the situation. At that point i had said forget about it, i dont need the orded and only THEN they decided to give it to me.

I live in an apartment. the delivery driver was too lazy to bring my items up (like every other provider does) so i had to make a few trips up and down to get my items.

Finally, while unpacking. I noticed the sour cream and almond milk they sent me were expiring the next day. All in all, awful experience all together and i will stick to groceries with Walmart.

Will be doing it again!

I received a discount to try this service and I’m glad I opted in! It was so easy to sign up, shop, pick a time and check out. I didn’t need my groceries right away so I had plenty of time options for delivery. The delivery man called prior to arriving and explained the process (he asked if it was my first time and went through how it works with me). They check the items prior to delivering them to make sure they are in good order and let you know if there were any missing items (there were none in my order). I enjoyed the whole process and my produce was what I’d pick for myself (perfect). I would definitely recommend this service. 5/5 in my books!

Awesome service and products

I have tried online grocery service from Walmart and Loblaws previously. So when I was offered to try Voila by Sobeys, I was pretty excited as I do like a lot of Sobeys products as well. While browsing the website (which was also quite user friendly), I noticed there were products from well.ca and farmboy, the stores I am also fan of. So that is a good plus if you are looking to get more products in other than the usual groceries (i.e. household products, beauty, pharmacy, specific items from farmboy, etc).
The price is not exactly the lowest compared to let's say, walmart, but you do pay for the quality and service.
The delivery was very prompt and I actually missed the call from delivery staff but when I called back, he was very pleasant to speak to and promptly set up a new time for him to come back to drop off my shipment.
I had some glass bottled drinks in my order and they were securely packed in the paper case, so that is another aspect I liked about this service.
Overall, yes I would recommend Voila by Sobeys and although I still do prefer going into the store myself to pick produce, etc, I would use it occsaionally.

Easy to use

The voila website was easy to use and products were easy to find. I received a discount code so it made the pricing reasonable- was a bit disappointed that items on sale at Sobey’s were not on sale to purchase through Voila. There were lots of delivery slots available and the items were delivered in the chosen slot.

Easy way to Grocery Shop online

This was my first time putting through an online grocery order ever and it went so smoothly! I went on the Voila website, created a profile, added items to my cart, chose my preferred delivery date and hit deliver, two days later it's at my door!

I love that Voila had items from Sobeys, Farm Boy, Well.ca, and Chola!Freshco so I could get everything I needed and wanted in one shopping experience. This is way more convenient than going to each store myself and there was a good variety of items on the website to choose from. When I went to pick my delivery date there were so many date and time options so I was able to schedule it at a time that worked best for me. On the delivery date I received a call from my delivery person ten minutes before they were about to arrive to give me a heads up! The person on the other line was very sweet and professional. When she arrived she brought all my groceries directly to my door! She kept a safe distance when I opened the door and everything was well packed when I picked it up.

The items that were supposed to be cold were cold and everything was organized. I received everything I ordered.

I don't have any other grocery delivery experience to compare this too but I must say that I'm highly impressed and would definitely order again! There is a delivery fee which I wish was waived on orders over a certain amount, however, the service and care taken into my order does make it worth it.
