It comes in a convenient pre portioned container for those mornings when you are on the run It is has good size chunks of walnuts and it also has chia seeds in it. I have never tried a store brand oatmeal before but I am sold on this one. It is flavorful and I like the fact I just add the boiling waiter and take it on the run.
