I have a love/hate relationship with this program. While using it has paid off, it can be extremely cumbersome and frustrating to use. The program comes with several types of workouts programmed in, and a journal you can use to track your progress. There are all sort of exercises from cardio (dancing, boxing, etc;), to ones that target your arms (baseball, tennis), and your legs (lunges, in line skating). You can do custom made work outs, create your own, and there is also the 30 Day Challenge (which really is a challenge).

While I do feel like I did get some good work outs using this program, and being able to see my progress tracked was helpful - I have very mixed feelings about using it. The fact that it is a Wii program causes some problems. Sometimes the Wii remote wouldn't pick up on the movements I was doing, no matter how many times I tried. This then causes the "instructor voice," to tell me to keep doing it. Speaking of the "instructor voice," I found it incredibly annoying. It would talk over every exercise I did, and while I can see it being encouraging for some people (it often tells you "great work," "you can do it," etc;) I found myself often hitting the mute button. Especially when I was trying my hardest and the voice said I wasn't doing it hard enough.

In theory this is a great program, but I found myself more often than not frustrated with it. For work out junkies, this program may be a goldmine. For the rest of us not so much.
