Yogi Kava Tea is AMAZING!

I don't think Yogi's Kava Tea gets it's due credit. This stuff has been a LIFE SAVER for me and my husband.
We're both in our trial and error stage of finding the right medications for our anxiety and depression.

It has not..been ideal... When things get super crazy and stressful I've always got it on hand! Sometimes super stress calls for 2 bags per cup.

It really takes the edge off and taste wonderful, with sugar of course!
OH and my FAVE thing about the tea bags?! They have lil tags of wisdom!

No huge set back either. Depending on where you get it, you can pay anywhere from $4 - $6.

Your local health foods should carry it, but you'll pay more. We can finally get it regularly at our local Wal-Mart for $3.46 a box.
