Disappointing

I had high hopes for this mascara but overall I was disappointed. The wand looked so promising. I loved that it was tapered and would allow me to target individual lashes a bit better. The amount of product that is on the brush is way too much. It made the mouth of the tube so gross and messy. The product made my lashes look clumpy and honestly didn't really provide the volume I expected either. As far as being waterproof, it definitely is, because it was really hard to get off. I normally wear waterproof mascara and even using my regular products that take off waterproof mascara, there was still buildup left on my lashes. For this price, the quality isn't there, the engineering of the tube isn't there, and I don't want to have to destroy my lashes to get it off.

Great waterproof mascara

The YSL Lashclash Mascara Waterproof is seriously impressive! It stays put through anything, so you don't have to worry about smudges or flakes. Plus, it makes your lashes look amazing – super long and volumized without getting clumpy. The brush is easy to use, too, so you can get every lash coated evenly. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but honestly, it's worth it for a mascara that performs this well.

Amazing mascara love it!

I loved using this mascara, it’s light and not dense, this would make it suitable to apply it everyday. I also liked how it separate my lashes and it’s not clumpy.

Waterproof mascara

Typically, I don’t think it’s worth buying a $40 mascara when you can buy it at the drugstore for much cheaper. I think it’s OK for the most part but I don’t think it really gives me the wild

Clump-free smooth application!

This YSL mascara goes on so smooth! It's completely clump free, and makes my eyelashes look long and natural. I absolutely recommend this mascara to anyone going for a glam but natural look.

Wow! Great volume!

I am very pleased with this Mascara! It gives you full-volume bold lashes. It does not smudge and is waterproof! It does not clump and is very easy to apply!

Wet-weather worthy Extreme Volume Mascara from YSL

Excited to try this YSL Lashclash Mascara given the return to winter weather! The snow gave some perfectly timed inspiration to showcase the blue they chose for the packaging. I received this from @thisisbutterly @chickadvisor in exchange for my honest opinion .

Boost your lashes with this extreme volume mascara that promises to outlast the wet weather (or Hallmark movies) for up to 48 hours! I personally prefer to remove at night and don't stay up 48 hours straight, but everyone is different. As it's extreme volume I did find I had to separate the lashes to get the best look, so only a 4 star rating. I didn't experience any sensitivity after wearing which is a definite benefit.

Elegant and beautiful mascara!

The packaging was so beautiful that I fell in love with it right away when I opened it. It feels very elegant and lovely. My lashes become thicker, longer, and very pretty after applying it twice or three times because of its beautiful dark black coat. It stays in place all day. To prevent my eye makeup from smudging and flaking, I apply foundation and face powder as well.
My short, thin eyelashes are now more volumized and sexier than ever.

This is a great waterproof mascara, overall. It's definitely in my top three right now. I have to apply several coats but it lengthens and stays all day.

Heavy and Made my eyes itchy

I received the YSL Lash Blast in Black and for starters - I don’t wear black mascara or eyeliner because I’m so pale. I use browns, blues, and purples. I still have this a try because it was sent to me to test and review. Colour aside, it made my lashes look more thick and full. It also made my lashes feel heavy and thick. It is very hard to remove (it’s meant to last up to 48 hours) when I want it off. I also found it made my eyes a little itchy. I might try this again in another colour, to see if it was just the black that makes me itchy.
