This is a great place to grab a quick bite when you're in Yorkville.

They have a good selection of sandwhiches and salads - rare roast beef with sweet peppers, grilled chicken and brie, Lobster & Crab salad, seared tuna salad etc at prices that range from $8 - 14. The sandwiches can get messy and fall apart, so make good use of the forks and knives they give you - did I forget to mention? they're very tasty. =D

MBCo or Montreal Bread Company is a European culinary concept with a focus on healthy eating. Specialties include hand carved panini sandwiches, muffins and pastries, coffees and takeout or catering. I've been to their location in Yorkville Toronto and really liked it. In Montreal we tried their iced coffees and pastries.

Whether you are looking for some healthy takeout sandwiches, a cappuccino or a glass of wine, MBCo is a refined and healthy choice. I'd go here over a coffee shop chain any day.
