I have been going to Pierre Ly at Perfecting Touch, 555 Wilson Hts. Blvd, North York, ON for several years. Prior to finding him, a couple of expensive downtown cosmetic tattoo artists had not done a very good job. I was thrilled to find someone so professional and perfectionistic to do my eyebrows when I found Pierre. I am more than pleased with his feather strokes that look natural and get many compliments on my brows. One word of advice...I don't do pain well so about an hour before my appointment, I apply a thick coat of Emla cream on my brows. (available over the counter from a pharmacist, about 15.00 for a tiny tube but worth every penny) By the time I lie on Pierre's table, my brows are frozen numb and I don't feel a thing! Last thing you'd want to do is squirm from pain while getting tattooed. I'd highly recommend him and hope this will save you time looking all over the place for the best place to do cosmetic tattoo enhancement.
