I recommend the pickle barrel for a date night or catching up with friends. I recently met my university roommate at pickle barrel in toronto and it was absolutely yummy! we of course got the deep fried dill pickles - a must try for sure! we chatted until we were the last 2 people in the restaurant. Great night!

I'm not usually a fan of franchise restaurants or chains but I was really surprised by the quality and uniqueness of the Pickle Barrel menu! I had steak with goat cheese and pesto, shrimp, veggies, and mashed potatoes. My husband had the chicken kebab with rice. While he wasn't crazy about his, (he is Middle Eastern so has high standards when it comes to kebab!) I really enjoyed mine! The restaurant was a bit small and felt crowded but I liked sitting by the windows and people watching while we ate. Good service too, wouldn't mind coming back if I was in that specific area.

I just love this place, i like the menu design, choices, servises.

compare to the other canadian's restaurant such as montanas, keg

its much more healthier and cheaper.

But there are not many pickle barrells in toronto.:(

I m still love it though!
