Disappointed!

All four of the water bottles I bought for my kids leak. Even after ensuring that the seals were in place and the water bottles were closed properly, the backpacks were soaked by leaking water. So disappointed because the bottles look great -- come in many fun colours and designs appealing to kids and are super easy for my kids to open and close. The search for a good user friendly water bottle continues!

The contigo water bottles are okay. The size is great and I like that there's a measuring cup on the side so you can keep track of how much water you are drinking. but if you are going to purchase the bottle, stick with it for activity (water) only because if you drink a smoothie out of the smoothie gets caught in the mouth piece and its very hard to clean. I also dislike the plastic.

I've gone through a lot of water bottles in the last 7 yrs or so since my commute to work turn from 10 mins to 1 hr. While this bottle does hold a lot of water, easy to clean, and leak/spill proof, I find that it doesn't keep the liquids cold. This is a deal breaker for me coz let's be honest, who wants to drink warm water on a hot summer day? It also doesn't have a cover on the mouth piece so I find myself wiping it (or looking for something to wipe it) before drinking from it and when storing it in my bag. I'd recommend their stainless steel water bottles over these.
