Du Wop Lip Venom

EVEN though I love Lip Venom -it is now my favourite lip gloss!- it really does not do much to plump the lips, but that is my opinion. However, it does do alot of great things-as soon as I put it on I notice my lips seem to flush. It really does bring out the natural red in your lips, plus the shine is incredible. It is smooth and not sticky OR too watery-just perfect. Plus it has this really delicious scent. I recommend this to any girl willing to pay the $20 bucks, because it is probably the only lip gloss you will ever need! I am usually pretty low-key with makeup so this is perfect for me, and the bottle is very tiny so it's perfect for the purse (don't let that discourage you though, a little goes a long way).

I dont know if this stuff actually plumps your lips so that is noticible.. but i can say that the flavor and tingling is addictive. It also adds that extra "bite" when your smooching : )

Lip venom truely leaves my lips cute and plumpy. I love the stinging feeling it leaves. Also, because it is so compact, if I don't feel like carrying my purse sometimes, I can just stick it in my pocket. It's like carrying nothing. Some thumbs down though are that is doesn't smell very attractive, it is extremely sticky, a little over glossy and it is expensive. I also don't like the brush because it is like a bristle brush. I prefer a stick. But overall, very cute as long as you don't touch it with your fingers or drink with a glass.

I am addicted to all the duwop products and use all my amazon and paypal money to buy them.

This lipgloss subtly works to plump lips but the stingy is too uncomfortable for me to continue using it.

I would buy Bare Escentuals Buxom Lip Pollish before Lip Venom though!

The first time I put this on, my lips were chapped and the burning was HORRIBLE! But I quickly learned my lesson and discovered what a great product this was. The pepper gives your lips a nice rosy color and it definitely does plump to some extent by causing more blood to flow to the capillaries. If you're expecting collagen injection-like results you'll be dissapointed, but what you do get is a natural looking full pout (depending on how plump your lips are to begin with). Just be careful if your lips are dry, chapped or peeling because it is rather painful.
