My hair is bleached once in a while and tends to get a lot of heat,this means dead ends and can get crispy to the touch. It's difficult to find shampoos and conditions that keep it soft and shiny but this product was awesome

I've tried a lot of leave in shampoo hair products. This one is ok I use it once in awhile it smells great but seems like it dries my hair out sometimes.

when i used the product, it made my hair softer, silky, tangle free, and easy to manage, i would surely recommend it to anyone. if i was asked to rate this product on a scale of 1-10 i would give it at leas t a 7

Smells really good, and it doesnt feel greasy in your hair but it makes it so soft. Herbal essence makes really great products. The cost is actually really not bad
