I can't give my opinion on the price because it was gifted to me, but only 1 out of the 3 colours for the brown eyes set. But the brown eyeliner is really pretty, shimmery and soft. You can smudge it out if you want to give yourself a smokey eye look. I am not the biggest fan of the packaging though because it can break at the base if you put too much pressure.
