This is a liquid liner with a felt tip applicator. It's kind of like a little black marker you can use to apply eyeliner!
This is much smaller than most of the felt tip eyeliners I've seen on the market, so it probably doesn't have as much product. It appears to be roughly half the size of similar eyeliners, but keep in mind it is also much cheaper.
The tip is a bit long, and though it's fairly thin, I think it could stand to be thinner. It also feels a tiny bit on the flimsy side. When I'm drawing a wing, the tip feels like it's giving way and it does affect my application. I wish they had made it sturdier.
The product inside seems quite black when you swatch it on your hand. When applying it on the eye, I find that it becomes a bit streaky as you attempt to fill in a wing. If you try to go over the product with more, it doesn't build easily, but instead peels away the layer that's already there. It does dry matte, but it's not a true, dark black.
The cap is on there really nice and tight, so I don't anticipate that this will dry out easily. I've already had mine for two months, and it's still going strong.
