I always resisted going with a 'big' company for my phone, but my husband got an employee discount so I finally went to the Bell store, upgrading from Public mobile.

What a difference, lovely red-headed girl who was friendly, helpful and very well trained in customer service. Prices are higher than budget phone options, but you definitely get what you pay for! Happy with my Bell LG G3 plan
