Do not buy! Poor quality!

I bought a radsuk jacket (MYA) that shipped november 29th. On January 5th i took the jacket that had been worn twice for repairs because the stitching was coming apart. This is already an indication of a poorly manufactured jacket. I payed more than $400 dollars for it. The repair and costumer service response was very zi. My jacket was ready around January 27th. Again, im having problems because there are loose stitching in various parts of the jacket. I have contacted costumer service and their only solution is a rush repair. So i have to waste money and time again on dropping it off. Basically i will get to wear the jacket when summer time comes around. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone buying from them. Their jackets are poorly made and the high prices do not indicate good quality.

I got the Roya jacket as a present and wore it three times. The neckline got stained from the natural oils on my face (I don't wear foundation)... I cannot wear it anymore because it just looks dirty. I called the store and customer service and they were extremely unhelpful because the jacket was bought over 15 days ago. All they kept repeating was: ¨get it dry cleaned¨ which would mean I would have to pay 50$ every week after wearing it), or ¨if you bought it over 15 days ago there is no exchanging it because the item was probably worn¨ Obviously this is why I realized that the material stains so easily!
All I wanted was a black coat instead of the Dove colour which is extremely sensitive to skin contact. They can't even fulfill this request. For such an expensive item, the quality is thus poor and customer service useless.

Walked into Rudsak located at Sherway Gardens. First impression. 6 employees (sales associates) all huddled up in a group obviously gossiping about who knows what. I received a fake hello following a "what are you shopping for?" Ummm thanks but I don't know my self yet, and plus I don't think that's the way to greet customers to begin with. Their service was bitchy, rude and absolutely unwelcoming. I was going to purchase a jacket but just because of their service I didn't want any of them receiving commission off of me. I was standing near a jacket that needed to be unlocked in order to try it on for over 10 minutes while none of the ass holes even made an attempt to approach me. Ridiculous. As I was leaving none only did they say bye but they were whispering rude comment about me!!!!! What the hell. Grow up little freaks, you need to cool down on the gossip and do your job in a customer service based environment properly. Your not the shit you only make 12 bucks an hour anyways so shut your mouths and keep slaving off by kissing your rich clients asses. BITCHES!

Warning ! Do not purchase with Rudsak. They have horrible service. I ordered a jacket Online and it took over 2 weeks to " process" then 3 weeks to ship! Horrible customer - took them 2 days to answer thru email and 25 minutes to get a hold of them by the phone. I would of much rather bought a mackage or a different brand. I do not recommend Rudsak. Nice product but not worth the headache.

Bought a 1000$ jacket. 35 days later it has holes. VERY poor quality at premium prices. STAY AWAY.

My experience is similar to the other reviews here. I find the quality of the designs at rudsack amazing, but the quality you get for what you pay just isn't there.

I bought one jacket there for ~$400 several years ago. It held up for the first winter, but by winter #2 the liner was completely worn out, the insides of the pockets were shredded, and the jacket generally was not holding up well.

Hoping (wishing?) that this was a one-off, I bought another jacket there this year (this time close to $500 all in) because again the designs were great. Well I bought the jacket in November, now it's not even the end of February and the same issues are showing up again. The pockets have worn out and I lose all my items. The liner is going fast. The outside of the jacket is starting to fray in areas.

So sorry rudsack, your clothing look fabulous, but I won't be shopping with you anymore due to bad quality.

Buyer beware.

Bought two coats in the last four years from the Newmarket location. First leather coat button fell off, was repaired free of charge but they had the coat for so long I didn't get to enjoy it the last few months of winter. In 2012 bought the Gloria down coat. After three weeks the button from the sleeve snapped off. They raced it,but didn't have a proper Rudsak button so they put a different black button on it. Now this year wearing the same coat the Rudsak leather label with the button clip on the lower edge of the coat came off. Now I have to waste my time again to take the coat in for repair and who knows how long they will have my coat for repair. I think that any store that will not honor your money back tells me they do not have confident in the product. I think with the money they charge the quality is poor. I also have a purse which is ok except the inside flashlight broke. I have a rabbit fur ear muffs too but no problems with them but then again a rarely wear them. I defiantly will never purchase any of the Rudsak products again.

I feel let down by a long lost love. Actually, I feel like I have been slapped in the face.

The first time I walked into a Rudsak store I was sold on the product and their image. A Canadian designer with sharp taste and distinct lines. I held up my support through frequent inshore purchases. But unfortunately, I have of recent moved west to a city without a Rudsak retailer. Like coming home to a well made meal, I was really excited to place my first online purchase. One month after receiving confirmation that my online request was received and my credit card charge was approved, I am till product-less and unable to get ahold of anyone at the company.

The thing is, is that I actually am not at all disappointed that my product has not arrived. I am mad because the company has stonewalled me.

I am disappointed that I have called Rudsak daily for 2 weeks (leaving a clear message each time) without response back. I did actually talk to someone..once. They took down my details and promised to follow-up on it and call back within the day. I am still waiting for this phone call. I have e-mailed - each time without reply. I finally left a message several days ago asking the payment be reversed. To no surprise, a request that has been without response.

Mistreated love I can leave, and this product I can too.

I strongly suggest to any people not to purchase this brand. It looks quite nice but the quality is just so poor that you wouldn't even believe it!
I bought a coat At 300 $ At eaton center's Rudsak in Montreal and I Will not step a foot in this shop ever again. What I am about to tell you is the simple truth and shocking yes but the truth anyway.
So I bought this coat in december and guess what ?! 1 week later the shoulder was ripped. When I put my bag I heard a crack and check it out immediately. I did go to the shop and they told me it never happens (i saw a man returning his glooves there...) and they Will call me to take back my purchase. So 5 days later I came back and one woman gave me my coat . Guess what ?! They didn't even repair it !!! So they lend the material to the dressmaker to repair it but they don't even Check if the work was done! Worst they called me to pick my coat and when I told him nothing was done the man didn't seem sorry At all.
Now the brand name is disappering and the buttons too. We are now in january by the way. Horrible expérience with unprofessional sellers .
DO NOT BUY RUDSAK they are fashionable yes but for a clothe which was poorly made in China and sold At a luxury price it's not worth your money.
