reviews So checked out Stillwater because it's supposed to be one of the best spas in North America. 1 hour massage cost $139 tax and tip. So prices are on the high side. It's pretty but it's true you can hear the subway. The women's change rooms were being renovated so we were put in the men's where the bathrooms consisted of 2 urinals and 1 stall (which wasn't the cleanest today). There is tea, coffee, flavoured water (orange, lemon, cucumber), biscotti, apples and pears in the tea room. There's a fish tank and a fireplace. Could be relaxing in the tea room if the other patrons weren't super noisy and there was a house fly buzzing around and hanging out on the biscotti which was gross. However, when I finally got my massage (mom to be) it was super amazing. Best massage I've ever had and lovely RMT. Without renovations and the fly it probably have been a much nicer experience but it was clearly not their day. reviews This was one of the stops during ShopCrawl 5, but we only stopped in the store and did not try any of the spa services. However, we did get a hefty gift certificate in the swag bag, so I'm looking forward to redeeming that at some point! There was also a $100 gc toward a night's stay at the hotel, but as an out-of-towner I'm not sure when I can use that. It looks like it would be perfect for a romantic retreat or a girls weekend. reviews A very good friend of mine got me a gift certificate for this spa for my birthday and it was by FAR the best spa experience thus far. As MissChickie said, at first glance it may seem like it is priced outrageously but when you see the experience you get in return it is positively worth EVERY single solitary penny. reviews I came here with a friend for a spa day. At first I thought the prices were outrageously expensive, but when I realized what you are getting in return, it's really not unreasonable. Since we booked last minute I was only able to get a manicure. My friend had called a few hours earlier and managed to get a seaweed wrap. Updated On: Oct 17, 2009 Since adding this review, I've been back for a facial and pedicure as part of their Spa Sampler menu for Beautylicious. I now love this spa more than ever. Both treatments were extremely relaxing as they both incorporate massage throughout. There are few things more soothing than a face massage!
