I have grey hair which once looked silver, all of a sudden it started to get a slightly yellow tinge to it. My hairdresser recommended Alberto VO5 Conditioning Hairdressing for Gray hair. I was told to wash my hair,let it almost dry, then add just the tiniest amount to the palm of my hand and rub it into the hair, working it through all of the strands if at all possible. I followed her instructions to the letter and found my hair easy to style, shiny, whiter looking and less flyaway. I have been using this product now for quite a few years and it still works the way it should, never greasy, always soft, and most of all silver looking.
I wouldn't be without this product, if they took it off of the market I would be lost..

My mom bought this for her grey hair, and I tried it a couple times. I'm a brunnete and was mostly hoping this would be a good conditioner for my hair, and maybe bring out my natural highlight a bit. I put it on wet hair, let sit for a minute, and washed it out with shampoo. My hair was SOOO greasy the whole day. I had to wash it three times in a row the next day to get it all out. And I didn't notice it any softer or highlighted.
