It works well

I don't know why this works so well when it has the same active ingredients as generic versions but for some reason, it is far more effective! I had a particularly nasty cold and after trying both store and other name brand cold meds a friend gave me aleve. It had me feeling better quickly and it kept me going for longer than expected. I buy it now when I can. My only issue is that it's not cheap so I can't always afford it.

It's not a miracle cure, you'll still feel sick but it definitely helps keep symptoms manageable so you can get through daily life.
