Small quantity for price

The product was lightweight and long lasting but to use the recommended amount would be almost the entire box. Not great value compared to other litters.

J'ai reçu cette litiere pour chats a tester avec Tiger et Poutine grâce à @thisisbutterly en échange de mes commentaires.
Commentaires : Au début j'avais un doute sur l'efficacité d'une litière dite légère. Oui effectivement elle est très légère. Pour les #1 elle fait des boule assez facile à prendre, pour les #2 c'est assez efficace également. Par contre comparativement avec celle que j'utilise présentement, je trouve qu'elle colle un peu aux pattes des chats et au fond du bac à litiere. Somme toute, elle reste fraîche tout de même longtemps. Je dirais un 3/5.

My cat wouldn't touch it.

I love how light this cat litter is, my 9 year old was able to carry it across the store for me!
I found the scent not to overpowering which is good.
I also found it easy to pour into the kitty litter pan.
The negatives, is that my cat wouldn't use it...
We are not really picky which litter we use in the litter box, though we like as scent free as possible. We always get different brands and different kinds. Our
kitties usually get into the litter as I am pouring it. This time Evie took one sniff and wanted nothing to do with it. I tried treats and waiting till they really had to go, but they both refused to use it.
Since they wouldn't use it, I cannot comment on how it kept the smell contained or how easy it was to scoop out the pee and poo.

Essaie mitigé

J’ai essayé la litière avec ma chatte qui venait d’avoir des chatons, la litière est tellement légère que la chatte en met partout dans la pièce. Elle retient les mauvaises odeur et dégage même un petit parfum discret. L’agglomération est rapide est permet un nettoyage plus facile que les litière habituelles. Toutefois le coût du produit est important est avec 3 chats a la maison, je ne pourrais pas en faire ma litière de tous les jours

Too much fragrance

This litter is very light weight, and fine like sand. There is not dust at all, which is a very good thing when it comes to litter. Unfortunately, it has a very strong almost perfumey scent to it.
This is not a litter I would purchase for my cat due to the scent and price of the product.

I'm not sold

ARM & HAMMER™ HardBall™ Clumping Litter does a decent job, but it’s not perfect. The clumping action is impressive—forming tight, solid clumps that are easy to scoop and minimize mess. Odor control is solid, but not exceptional; it masks smells reasonably well but doesn’t completely eliminate them. Dust levels are moderate, though noticeable during pouring. Some litter tracking occurred, which required regular cleaning outside the box area. Overall, it’s a middle-of-the-road choice that gets the job done, but I’d explore other options to find an even better fit for my needs.

Clumps well

Tried the Arm & Hammer HardBall lightweight litter for free in exchange for my honest review, and found that it did help to mask/reduce odours and clumps up really well for easy disposal. However, it seemed to stick to our cats fur which tracked around the house. Will probably keep this as an emergency litter and go back to our regular wood pellets.

Definitely masks the cat smell, but too strong

I found this litter does exactly what it says it should, it holds pee together and it is super simple to scoop. The smell is definitely masked, but unfortunately the smell of the litter consumed my whole floor and it was too strong for myself. I have used corn litter in the past, the cats seemed ok with the litter, but I also wonder if it was too strong of a smell for them as well. Moreover, the product does exactly what it says it will, scooping the litter was weird how it held together, but I was really happy about how it held together. Maybe if it was unscented or baking soda I would buy it again, but unfortunately with how strong it was I could not purchase this again.

Good one

Cette litière est particulièrement efficace pour son poid 💪🏼et effectivement extrêmement agglomérante ce qui fait que la litière reste propre beaucoup plus longtemps ! Niveau odeur c’est standard et le prix outch haha je dois avouer que ça fait un peu mal au portefeuille sur le coup ! Je donne un 8/10

Okay litter, but scent is unbearable

I have two cats, so I go through litter! I normally use OdourLock or Arm & Hammer Slide. I love the idea of a lightweight litter, because nobody likes carrying a big heavy box or bag of litter home! However, when I have tried lightweight litter in the past, I have found that because it is so lightweight, it tracks EVERYWHERE, not just in the immediate vicinity of the litterbox. However, I was excited to try this litter and see how it fared.

Pros:
-Virtually dust free, more than any litter I have ever tried before
-Easy to carry the box

Cons:
-Scent. Although nothing on the box indicates that this litter is scented, it has such a strong artificial scent, and when I look up the ingredients, "fragrance" is listed. My entire apartment smells of it, from the minute you walk in. I don't know how much longer I can take the scent, and this is really the main con for me that would prevent me from ever using it again.
-Tracks everywhere. This is in line with other lightweight litters I have tried, but this litter has scattered to all corners of my apartment.
-Not good at masking the poop odour.

I can't really comment on how long it stays fresh for, as I have only used it for four days so far. Both cats have used the box (they do have a second litterbox available with their regular litter, but I put the litter in their preferred box). One of my cats really doesn't seem to like it and is only using it grudgingly - she often sniffs around the box and then leaves, comes back, sniffs, leaves, comes back and then finally uses the box. She doesn't like stepping on the litter, but she is the same way with our regular litter. I wonder if it's the smell getting to her. The other cat uses it fine.

It typically forms good clumps as advertised, although I did scoop out a disintegrated clump too. I wouldn't say this litter is special at all in terms of clumping ability.

Cost-wise, one box is barely enough litter for the box, whereas for a similar price I can get 1.5-2 boxes full with my usual litter.

I don't think I will re-purchase, and I'm not even sure I will get the full 20 days out of this one because I cannot stand the scent and have a constant headache while I am home. I would not have even tried this product if I had known it was scented, but this isn't mentioned on the packaging. If it didn't have a scent, I would be more willing to try, although the tracking is also quite bad.
