Great for multiple cats

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got this because its very different than other litters I've tried and generally use but as far as litters go I really like this. It clumped together so easily, wasn't messy (like some clumping litters I've tried). Other brands, while they would clump, the clumps would often "fall apart" which made scooping a lot more work.

I skipped scooping for a day because I wanted to see what the smell would be like and there was nothing. I have 2 cats and if I miss a scoop I normally notice a bit of a smell but with this there wasn't so much of a whiff of odor.

The kitties love it

After filling our little box for our 2 indoor cats, they both had to take a turn to sniff and scratch the new litter. Overall, it clumps as it should for easy scooping and hids the smell perfectly. Will definitely buy in the future

Works as described!

I received this product for free to test and review. It is very light product. Pours right out of the box like minute rice which is nice. It’s a sand like in color and when I poured it in the bin it didn’t kick up any dust or smell which was good. It clumps really hard with pee and sticks to the bottom of the bin. Plastic scooper can’t break it off. However the 3.17 kg box seems to be just one bin replacement. If you got it like that and don’t mind spending 25$ every two weeks to a month for your cat to literally poop on then it’s good stuff.

Easy clumping litter

This litter clumped quickly. It's not clay but more of a silt. No dust and low tracking, my cat didn't have any problems using it. It was easy to scoop right away after my cat used the litter box. Has a faint scent and kept odors out. Would recommend!

Easy mess free litter

The Arm and Hammer hardball clumping litter was a nice switch up from our usual brand for our cat. We had to do a little transition over the week to ensure he would not be stressed by the change. The clumps quite well after use and scooping out is not a messy task at all.

I received a free sample of Arm & Hammer Hardball cat litter and we loved it, it super light making it easy for me to bring home and super easy to use with no mess, has a nice scent that does cover up the smell with no dust and best of all our cat likes it, definitely will be switching cat litters

Doesn’t stick to the box

I was hesitant to switch to a different litter without a gradual transition but was given this to try and review. Our cat took to it with no issues. When it was time to scoop her litterbox I was surprised at how easy this scrapped off the side of the box and left nothing behind stuck on the box. It was lightweight and easy to scoop and pour when filling the box as well.
We would buy again if the price point was closer to the other Arm and Hammer litter we had been using. The price is a bit steep with how much you get. But quality wise, the price might make sense.

Great lightweight cat litter

I received Arm & Hammer HardBall Lightweight Cat Litter from Butterly in exchange my honest opinion.

If you’re tired of hauling around those heavy jugs of cat litter, Arm & Hammer’s HardBall Lightweight Ultra Compact Clumping Cat Litter might be a game-changer. It’s way lighter than the usual stuff (like 60% lighter), which makes pouring and carrying it way easier on your back.

One of the biggest wins here is the clumping. It forms nice, tight clumps that don’t fall apart when you scoop—so cleanup is quick and you don’t end up wasting a bunch of litter. It also does a solid job keeping the smell under control, even if you’ve got more than one cat.

On the downside, the lightweight formula does tend to track a bit more. You might find some of it outside the box or stuck to your cat’s paws (especially if they’ve got long hair). Nothing a good litter mat can’t help with, but still something to keep in mind.

The scent is called “Garden Bloom,” and I like it—it’s light and fresh. That said, a few people found it a little too strong, so if you or your kitty are sensitive to smells, maybe give it a sniff test first.

It’s a bit pricier than regular litter, but for a lot of people, the convenience and performance make it worth it. You’re paying for something that’s easier to handle and works well.

Bottom line, this is a great option if you’re looking for a lightweight litter that clumps well and keeps things smelling clean. Just be ready for a little extra tracking—and maybe shelling out a few extra bucks. Your arms (and your nose) will probably thank you.
