Perfect for clumping and odour-control

Excellent clumping that makes cleaning the litter box easier. I noticed the clumping consumes a lot of litter so might have to purchase this litter more often. It is scented so it masks odours well, however scent might also be an issue for some cats and owners. Tracking isn’t relatively less so that’s good.

I have 3 rescue cats, so cleaning out their litter box is a daily task for me. I recently tried Arm %26 Hammer Hardball Lightweight Clumping Litter, and I am so impressed that its now my new favorite! Its easier for me to carry as it is significantly lighter, yet it's exceptionally strong. It soaks up large amounts of liquid and forms a compact clump. It doesn't break apart, it doesn't stick to the bottom of the litter box either. Scooping has never been easier, and a task less unpleasant.

Good product

Got a chance to try this cat litter and we do like it, as well as our three cats. It is very light weight which is great. Clumps well, isn't super dusty either. Works well in our litter robot.

Awesome litter!

I got to try this Arm and hammer Hardball cat litter in exchange for an honest review and I must say it is quite the "life with cats"changer. First off, the box is very light, so when you live in a house or a building with a lot of stairs, you will love this! The product is very absorbant too. So when you scoop up your cats dumplings or pee, its a ball. So less messes when cleaning up. Also, it doesnt create a lot of dust which is great for yours and kitty's little lungs! Price is a bit high on this, but it sort of balances out since you waste less litter when cleaning and it hides smells a lot longer.

smell so good

I love this litter. The whole house usually smells like my cats businesses when he does his business and I clean the box every trip but this one makes it so it doesn’t smell like my cats businesses and I really need that. Gagging while cleaning cat business is not fun so I love this.

Great product made even more effective

I received this product for free to try out via Butterly.

I already use Arm & Hammer cat litter in rotation for my cats bathroom needs. I was keen to try this because it said it was much lighter than regular litter and I've personally had issues handling heavy litter from store or disposing of it.

I picked it up at store and carried it in my hand to register and it was very easy to carry and I could tolerate it well.
The price is a bit higher than I would normally pay however I see that more dense clumping may in fact use less product over time.
When I set up a new tray for my cat Freya, I noticed that it had a very nice, pleasant scent and looks like sand almost.

I had to add it according to package instructions to ensure my car would not reject it and after a few hours, she used it as normal.

I definitely noticed a reduction in odor right away and the clumps are very dense and solid.
So far it's meeting my expectations and as someone with some hand weakness due to health concerns, the lighter litter is very easy to handle.

Not worth it

Product gifted %26 Dwight Canada ARM %26 HAMMER™ HardBall™ Clumping Litter - 3/10 only because of how light it truly is. Heavily scented and cat refused to use it after almost a week. I did pour water into the litter and leave it for a couple minutes to see if it would clump in a ball as advertised and I did not get that reaction. It was very clumpy and actually more messy than the other litter I usually use from Arm %26 Hammer. Will continue to be using Arm %26 Hammer Cloud Control instead

Hardball Litter

I received the litter for free as a promotion. I have fully switched over to only Hardball. I have 2 cats, and there is zero odour. Scooping out the box takes only a second, as everything clumps up nicely. My cats love this litter. Only downside is you will have sand-like particles outside the box. I just sweep around when I scoop. A litter mat did cut down on the amount of particles, but even this will not keep me from buying this litter. It is amazing. Super lightweight, clumps like crazy, no odour, and my cats use only the box with this litter, not the floor.

Excellent Clumping Litter

After applying to the Butterly campaign for Arm & Hammer Hardball Clumping Litter, I received a coupon in the mail for a free box to try. I purchased it at Walmart in the 3.17 kg box & I was surprised at how light the box was. The litter is more like sand which I prefer over clay litter & produced no dust. My cat took to the new litter right away & it clumped into a jelly like ball making it very easy to scoop. This is a great litter! I highly recommend it & will definitely purchase it again.
