Messy Kitty

I received a coupon to get a product free from butterly for an exchange of my honest opinion.
I purchased this at my local Walmart, which is more expensive than I would spend but if it's good quality i dont mind. I heard of arm and hammer before for there quality and effectiveness. After searching for over a week walmart finally had it in stock.
I always use special kitty brand when it comes to litter. When placing the litter in my cat box I noticed that it is really fine texture,almost like sand which my cat absolutely loved. I did notice tho after each use with this litter my cat would have it in her fur ; assuming my cat is ingesting it because she cleans herself off (I'm sure it's not healthy to ingest it).
If they could change somehow change the texture I would keep it as it is smell proof, easy clean, and my cat loves the sand,but it will definitely be a pass for me and I will stick with my brand I trust. Thank you for the opportunity to test it butterly!

Definitely a game changer

I'm very impressed with this litter. Great for multiple cats. scooping a breeze, clumps don't brake apart. Smell is strong, but I like it. Very light weight. Dont like its really fine and my cats kicks it everywhere. Best used with high liped or lidded boxes

Miss Mollie Approved

I received the Arm and Hammer Hardball 3.17kg box as a product test. Miss Mollie is 12 years old and is unable to clean herself properly anymore, and the regular clumping litter was getting stuck in her feet and I was having to clean them daily which was making her poor paw pads dried out. This lightweight litter has made a huge difference in what gets trapped in her feet. Which is wonderful. She is very sensitive to scents though, so an unscented option would be great. I also love that it produces significantly less dust than the Arm and Hammer unscented clumping litter I was using. One drawback is that because it’s so lightweight when Miss Mollie digs it goes everywhere seeing as it’s so much lighter than regular clumping litter so I find I have to sweep the area twice a day. The other major drawback is the price. It was over 25$ for a 3.17kg box (7lbs). That is way too expensive for someone like myself who is a single mom. So while I will be moving to lightweight in the future, I will be buying the store brand version as you get way more for way less.
Overall if you can afford this litter it’s definitely worth it and I fully recommend it.

Bye bye odor, Hello freshmess

Compared to traditional litter it is a very fine consistency similar to sand. It clumps up just as well as traditional litter but do to the fine consistency tends to stay together better. The odor control does mask the odor. Not sure if it's eliminated the odor or just masked it with scent. As the cat interacts with the litter it does expose new scent to be release which helps the area to not smell like a litter box. Saying that, it is a bit strong but not unpleasant. Our cat has rejected litter before and had no problem using this new litter

Easy to pour and scoop!

Love how lightweight this litter is. It definitely lasts a long time because of the clumping action. It's so easy to scoop and it's dust free. The scent is subtle and not overpowering.

New favourite

I was surprised with its lightweight packaging compared to other litters I've tried. The strong clean scent was a bit overwhelming initially, but it faded after a day. The litter has minimal dust and clumps urine exceptionally well, leaving the litter box virtually clean with minimal smeared waste. Cleaning the litter box is a breeze with this product. I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance.

Actually clumps!

I was very hesitant to try a new litter because honestly in the 7 years we’ve had our cats; we’ve tried them all. We were surprised to see it actually clumps well for two cats using the litter box. Not too much dust, odors weren’t bad either. I usually scoop up every day but I went two days and it was ok!

Works great but sticks to their paws

Honestly, this litter is great for cats. Makes clean up so much better and easier. My main concern is that it sometimes will stick to their paws and I worry they will ingest it. Otherwise, great product!

Cats used it

I have 2 cats and they used the litter, no hesitation or mishaps. I liked that the litter was lighter and clumping. Being lighter is very helpful for garbage.

It actually clumps!

I have to start off my saying this is way lighter than I thought. I cleard out one of my litter boxes and used this one and it was amazing. It literally has zero. Yes, ZERO DUST! Amazing, right!! When I put it in, I have a natural reflex to hide my face from the dust, but there isn't any! It's a new color for me it's a tan/brown color. It smells amazing! It's not overpowering, tho which is also night because I'm sensitive to string smells.
My cats hadn't used it before I could do the review. But, I did a water test and I can say it clumps so well. One of my cats is older so he pees a lot. This is a huge helper!
