90% OF CHICKS DIG IT
I Switched to this
I received a box of Arm&Hammer Hardball Clumping Litter to pickup free from Butterly to review. I must say, I am impressed! The product does what it says: it’s super lightweight— so much so I almost dropped it when taking the box off the shelf at the store expecting it to be heavier. I could also pour the litter into the litter box using only one hand. Amazing.
The litter puts out very little dust. And it seems to be effective in eliminating odours and its clumping action makes scooping and cleanup fast and easy.
Most importantly, my cats did not hesitate to use it.
While the price runs a little high end, it is still better than that of my current household litter. I will be certainly be switching to Hardball now that we have tried it.

New Form of Litter
I was lucky enough to be selected by Butterly to try this product for free for my honest review and couldn't be happier. One of the worse things about Cat Litter is how much it weights. Wanting something that smells fresh and is lightweight is the perfect combination and this new product does just that. It's lightweight so its not only easy to transport but its also makes the cleaning process easier. Not only is this litter lightweight and smells fresh, the fact that it creates hard clumps makes the daily chore of keeping the litterbox fresh even easier. This litter also doesn't have any dust when pouring or scooping, making it much nicer to deal with. Overall this Litter is a perfect combination of lightweight and easy to use.

Fantastic litter
I was very pleasantly surprised by how well this litter worked. It clumps the waste material extremely well, without and "cast off" when scooping. It has a pleasant scent which I wasn't sure about initially, but it isn't overpowering and works well to combat any litter smells. I do have a couple of concerns though; the price and the the use of petroleum in the ingredients (which was hard to find information about)

Works decent, don’t love that it flies everywhere
Works quite well, heavily scented to mask odor, but the lightweight nature of it allows my cat to kick it everywhere. Like what it does but not a fan of the mess

Clumping cat litter that stays fresh!
This cat litter clumps up so well, smells fresh, and works so well. There’s nothing worse than dusty, non clumpy litter, and this is the opposite! I’d recommend this cat litter to anyone with cat!

Dust free and clumps well
I received this Arm & Hammer Hardball light weight litter for free in exchange for my honest review!
Firstly it is very light weight- but the box is also quite small so even if it wasn't light weight it probably wouldn't be too heavy.
I was pleasantly surprised when I poured it into the litter box that there was no cloud of dust AT ALL. It also is more like sand and the color is kind of brown/orange which was surprising as well.
It doesn't have an over powering scent which is great to me.
Tavi at first did not like this litter 🤣 she spitefully pooped beside the litter box. However she did eventually use it and then clumps for her pee were actually hard balls and very easy to scoop.
I would definitely put this into my litter rotation !

Pricey but effective
This clumping litter delivers on its promise of hard clumps, making scooping significantly easier. No more mushy messes sticking to the bottom of the box! Dust is moderate; you'll get some puffs during pouring and scooping, so sensitive noses beware.
Odor control is decent, but not stellar. It masks smells okay, though heavy-duty situations like if you have a multi-cat household or a particularly…productive feline, might require more frequent scooping. The baking soda helps, but it's not a miracle worker. The added floral scent, however, is quite strong. This could be a positive or negative depending on your sensitivity to fragrances. It's also worth noting that this litter is somewhat pricey for the size of the box, which can be a drawback for budget-conscious buyers.
A significant downside is the box's handle. I found it super weak and ripped the first time I picked it up, leaving a gaping hole where litter spilled out. Be prepared for potentially messy transport and storage.
The texture is pretty standard clay litter. It's not super fine, but it's not overly coarse either. My cat didn't seem to have any issues with it. I do like that it is relatively lightweight. I haven't used it for 20 days yet so I can't say anything about their freshness claim but I do appreciate a guarentee if it doesn't actually stay fresh that long.
Overall: If you prioritize hard clumps and don't mind a strong floral scent, this litter is a decent option. However, the weak handle, moderate dust/odor control, and relatively high price point for the box size are points to consider.

Great kitty litter!
I received the Arm & Hammer Hardball Clumping Litter free for my honest review. I have a 4 year old male Siberian cat and he's typically really picky when it comes to the litter. The litter itself has a light scent - it didn't bother my family nor the cat. His urine is really strong and I find this litter reduced the smell very well. The texure is similar to hard sand and it clumps so well that it's easy to scoop up. It's reasonably priced, compared to other litters that I've tried, and I will most likely re-purchase again soon.

Like no other
When I got the chance to try this litter, I thought it was just going to be like the others that I have tried before but there are a few things that I am impressed with it. It is very lightweight and the texture reminds me of fine brown sugar but not lumpy but rather fine and loose. The color also is attractive compared to the usual grey tone. Another big plus was that when pouring it out, did not give any dust at all. It gives out a fresh laundry scent with a lemon note which I find is just right and does not give out a strong odor when cat urine is present. It was an easy-peasy, non-messy clean up because of the clumping property of the litter. This allows for great savings because I don't need to replace it often and less wastage, too. I am very impressed of the ARM & HAMMER™ HardBall™ Clumping Litter and I highly recommend it.

Works as intended
Received a coupon from Butterly to try this product. We have two cats in our home, one is a senior who is a messy, messy litterbox user. The second is 5 years old and she's not as messy. I honestly did not know the litter was a different color to begin with. We brought it home, and I followed the instructions - to fill a layer over top of the cats current litter. Which I did for both. With our senior cat - he tracks this litter all over the place. We have a litter pan thing underneath the front of his litterbox .This litter clumps incredibly well - but due to him being so messy? He carts around teeny pieces of the clump portion, if that makes sense? I mean, the litter is doing it's job - but with a messy litterbox user like our senior kitty? It clumps so well that it is hard to clean up, and is tracking off of his paws. When I go to clean the litter box (which I do multiple times a day, as I said our senior is messy!) he's tracked portions of the clumpable litter around his litterbox. So again, the litter does the job! For our younger cat, when I added the layer on top of the litter we already use, she noticed the difference? And buried it into the prior litter. she wanted zero to do with it. I will say though - the litter does do the job - it clumps incredibly well. The texture is a bit different than our usual litter (which is by the same brand!) and the scent was a bit much. However, it does help with their scent - meaning it does cover their scent quite nicely. Now on the box it does say it will last for 20 days. Or 20 days of freshness, I believe it was? Not with these two. Nope - I have had it for 2 weeks now, and there is no way this would last 20 days. I would say maybe a week, if you're lucky. I mean to be frank, the litter does do the job of clumping. I could just do without the different texture, as our cats didn't care for that, and the overpowering perfumy scent. I am giving it full marks because it does do the job - the clumping aspect is incredible. I might give it a longer test, to see if the cats would appreciate it more so. Oh, and this was picked up from our local Walmart. I would recommend it, just as long as you don't have a messy Senior cat like we do! :P ..and if you don't mind overpowering perfumy scents.
